Reinstalling game's a waste of time - won't fix that. If its steam - you can only wait. If its discord/other program - you can disable them before switching game on and enable only after logging in. If its router - experiment with its settings, especially with MTU. I'd start with router, with your internet connection. Also check BIs feedback platform (https://feedback.bistudio.com/project/view/2/ ) - maybe someone figured something new since ive last searched that.

So called authentication bug. Some say its steams fault, some that discords/other soft and some that routers settings (MTU). Its a long story, multiple fixes and pretty much happen to everybody. Started few years ago and was never truly resolved.

Some people mentioned problems with equipment and its privileges - maybe its one of those issues. In windows's sound control panel you can switch options such as ~"allow applications to take exclusive control of xyz device". You can disable certain programs from meddling around there. Also some people say that reinstalling directx may help (pc reset needed afterwards), but thats on a level of experimenting really. I presume you have already done all the standard things, such as verifying files, removing dayz, manually removing leftover files and game settings and then reinstalling game...

Rendering distance for grass - its something that game's lacking since it was published. Considering how far one can see by default, its super easy to spot people running on nothing but flat terrain. Not to mention hiding in grass when theres nothing but fields around. Its time to fix that. Time to make alternative for bush-to-bush tactics. I suggest to implement some new way for rendering grass - lightweight, pretty and believable. Game's default setting is autumn - grass should not be flat by any means.

Ill start with something that is easy to overlook. When you start a game/program you can manipulate its sound volume in your system's settings. These settings are not visible when game is not running. What if you have these set to 0 or muted?

You can have biggest & bulkiest backpack on ya and still drive at the same time. 4 people with field backpacks = 360 slots which is close to Olga's capacity. Now add other clothings AND have something in your hands as well - like sea chest or a barrel. Game allows you to drive with all that. And you guys want more? btw. 126 would be interesting. Official world record is 17 people inside at the same time.

You mean vanilla? Basic game? It was always a chore to build anything in that. Especially when official "build anywhere" property wasn't a thing. You'd need modded server to actually open everything for construction purposes. Generally speaking current building system is designed for construction outside camps, stuff of that nature: (source: dayz[dot]fandom[dot]com/wiki) What you want is to barricade existing asset. Vanilla terribly NEEDS implemented a proper system to do just that. Basebuilding feature wasn't enlarged in any way since it was published. Modded was - there are dozens of new elements available, even treehouses. Game has potential still unused.

Well, you can check if if have accepted battleye's terms of service (option in official game launcher). That would be the first thing to do. You can also play around with your characters name - heard that it may help in some cases. You can change name via launchers or steam (launch parameter).

So you have a name "SpyData" and then you want to give 'access' to your computer just because of a video game. Its not suspicious at all. Other than that you didn't give much details about this problem of yours. You're saying that connecting is not working. Game usually gives some informations when one is getting kicked. Or is just crashing? If so then you should have log files. What about them?

Talk with steam people if its VAC. If its battleye then talk with battleye.

VAC is steam related so you must talk with steam people. Its nothing new to get banned by them randomly - ask them for a proof of their action and if they have nothing then sue them. I would.

Then you have probably cheated. What's there to talk about? Accept, learn and move on.

You can fix your sea boxes - with planks. They've recently patched that as well. I was playing few months back and it was working just fine.

A small example: having less items = more stamina, which gives casual player bigger chance to escape from sticky situation. Also, lets not forget that official servers have no more than 2% of whole market. 98% is private initiative, mostly modded. And mods allow for custom number of slots. So tell me - how is dayz gonna lose anything?

we have stats for that - steam charts for example. Everything will be crystal clear in a year or so.

Learn to adapt and overcome i guess. For me its not a problem at all. This game changed so much since its started - there are people who still play mod and alpha because they liked them more. Nothing bad about that. But the main game will change with time.

First of all - these are not zombies; People infected with "rage virus" is more to the point. And second - i agree, npcs should be deadly. Right now these things are not a challenge but annoyance.
