I have raised it to 3100/3100 still the EXACT same cuttoff, I had a friend walk about 250m, made them walk until they dissapeared, theres a thin line between them being fully visible, and their pants/top going invisible

Any player past 250 meters, long range scope or not, appears like a jellyfish, Their body is pretty much completely invisible exceppt for some random light scattering shade effect. I can see their head, and the weapon they have but the body is invisible. I have my view distance and object view distance both set to 2200 what can i try..? thanks.
