Haha! That is fantastic! This is exactly what I wanted to see when I posted this. Nobody gets the medal until this has been going for a while! I wish you had a story to share, but the screen tells a story all it's own ;)

Then you run into the issue that a player could easily heal to full with infinite water supplies. Besides, while blood is suspended in a fluid, cells take proteins in order to manufacture, which is why it would require both resources to regenerate. Losing blood while starving and dehydrated is analogous to the body cannibalizing itself in order to continue functioning, and giving the body "extra" nutrition than what it needs would allow it to repair. If you want it to supplement, ask that it bring you to a health level somewhere above where you start passing out (I think 4k blood) and have it take 20 minutes or something. The problem with this argument is that food already gives you blood, especially food from killed animals. It's almost too easy to survive gunshots from other players so people are less cautious about it. Getting shot should be a BIG deal. Maybe if zombie damage would heal from food but bullet damage wouldn't. Makes a bit more sense and make engaging other players more risky and turns hospitals back into what they should be. Hot Zones.

Who are you to determine what is necessary or unnecessary grief? Rifles with long range scopes are not going away, nor would most players want them to. It is likely that damage on weapons will be tweaked, but the biggest issue I have is not snipers firing at me, but snipers disconnecting when I fire back. That right there is the definition of grief.

I would only support this if bikes were more of a transient item and respawned in one of their locations after 4-6 hours of not being accessed. I can understand why vehicles like a truck you had to find 6 tires for should be safe for a few days, but bikes should be around so people can explore.

[/quote'] If one server with one character of you is full. Go to another server and play another character there. Later you can return to the server with your older character and go on playing this character. Full servers in this case will be annoying. But think of what you get. A more intense gameplay experience through very limited exploit using by others and yourself. Getting good loot will be a challenge again. The only way you can make this work is if you have the ability to put in a request to change your character to another server.. maybe it takes 1 day. If you do not do this you will have a private party not beholden to anyone running a server with your virtual character. They could take the server down for maintenance, use it for their own war games, or not update to the most recent beta. Until there are servers run by the mod, or Bohemia, there must be a player transfer option before there are server based characters.

So' date=' I've had some pretty epic fights, involving quite a lot of cat and mouse play where my heart is beating like crazy for 10 minutes. Yes, people went down quickly when they were hit properly, but that is what military weapons do to people - kill them quickly. If you want to make a good suggestion, ask to make military weapons harder to find, add things like throwing knives and other melee weapons, more bows/xbows, and things like that. The people that die too quickly are those that are in plain view inside of my crosshair. If you are careful you will be able to have some long and intense firefights. [hr'] Words of widom^^ This.

Well a 15 minute ban on joining OTHER servers would stop server hopping to change your character position and farming locations for specific items. During that cooldown time you could join the SAME server you were playing on and continue where you were. While I don't think 15 minutes is necessary, I think 5-10 minutes cooldown would could be enough of a disincentive to keep server hopping to a minimum.

If you are going to blatantly state your desire to kill others for their possessions, you might want to post in the bandit campfire section because it is clear you are planning on some banditry. You might find more like minded folks over there.

While this is an unfortunate story, I cannot wait for the day when maps hold their markers individually. Imagine 'finding' a corpse with a map, big black X marks the spot for the guys camp grounds!

Thanks for the link that is interesting! OP, if it's going to work in any way, see the link from Hoik. There is very little chance that your individual actions will have any change on the loot tables, and it honestly doesn't add anything to the game besides making bandits shunned more than they are. -
