I personally have only found one tent and it was in Novo. The other couple of times I have searched those apts they had been cleared out on different servers.

So Ive been reading over a few posts and i keep seeing this new UI being brought up. Since the .59 stable update i have looked in the in-game options and i dont see how to change from the old ui to the new one. So my question is, how do ya change between the two? Also which UI is better and for what reasons? I have seen some posts stating that this UI boosted my fps but this UI lets me be able to do such and such easier like repairing a car.

OK thanks, i tried it and its not my cup of tea, I stay with the old UI for now but might switch if i come up on a car

Anyone else not able to swich out the handguards on the AK74? I have tried both the plastic and the one with the rail on it to attach a bipod and/or flashlight, also I have tried to swap out a wooden one for another and still just get a red outline. I aint seen nothing in the patch notes, but I did just skim over them. It's not the AK74U and the gun nor the handguards are ruined.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live!!! I just kept my stats up and remain stuffed off of peaches and beans with water. The sickness went away and it took only about 15mins or so to get back to healing then healthy. I would say total I was sick for about 20-30 mins, just guesstimating. Hoping for some help here that never came. I thought about jumping on TS with them but just figured that they checked this tagged topic often. Anywho, your past experiences with me was fantastic and well appreciated, but I think yall need to keep an eye on your forums within the Dayz site. Next time ill just skip this typing and head straight to your TS.

Just some questions 1) Do you have people on private servers? If so I hope its on the one I play on 2) I have gotten sick from a pork chop that I thought I cooked. I'm energized and hydrated in bright green aswell as stuffed. My sickness is bright orange, will I survive this? 3) How much blood you lose from being sick? 4) How much blood do you gain from being energized, hydrated, and stuffed? I have had this happen a couple of times when I do find a VS3. Love it! They just hang out and growl a bit, never even try to attack me. Correct. When the server I play is night time, I turn my brightness and contrast to max. A lot better than a flashlight or flare imo

Maybe somebody can clarify me on this whole persistence thing. So lets say that I pop a tent down, stash some stuff in it and log out for the night. When I log back in will I have to return to the same server that I used my tent on, or will it "follow" me to other servers? I do mean same type of servers of course like 1pp only types and such. I have 3 different characters that I play on. One is for the public 1pp/3pp, another is on a private server, and the last is "hardcore" server based. I am mainly referring to the public servers when I mean does the tent stay with me or that particular server. Thanks in advance for enlightening me on this question.

Ya outdoor toliets is where ive found most of my gear, aswell as the crashed jeeps and cop cars. nothing is spawning in the barracks or jailhouses. Hope they hotfix this soon or atleast in the next patch.

Just wondering where everyone found the highly rare AKM. They said it was supposed to be in the loot-able spots that the m4 was located at. Bullshit I say. Ive been looking everywhere the M4 use to spawn and found nada. But I did get one of some poor sap south of the NWAF in that military base in the field. So, where did you people of Dayz , get your AKM?

If you take the Ak Folding Buttstock and paint it with "Black Spraypaint" it magically morph's into the WoodenButtstock*poof* But if you use the "green" it wont paint the folding buttstock. I have done this twice now. Kinda funny

Dude ive looked everywhere for that AKM. I know its suppose to pop at the old spot that M4 would spawn. You lucky bastartd. But to your post ive noticed something similar in the ACOG scope, it has a massive sway aswell. Although I don't think its as bad as 45-60 degrees

Every time I trying joing a Vilayer server I get this error on the Dayz server list. Says something to the effect of " Confirmation of Changes dta/bin.pbo dta/core.pbo dta/languagecore.pbo Addons/animal.pbo Addons/anims.pbo Addons/assests_buildings.pbo ..... are not assigned by a key accepted by this server, remove listed files or install additional accepted keys." Now, ive been playing on these Vilayer severs all day after the patch and the worked fine. Joining any other servers and I either start out as a fresh spawn or the loading screen stays on "Please Wait" Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Might try to reinstall Dayz if I can figure out how <_<

And now Dayz decided to make some of my stuff glow blue....am I radioactive? :huh: ?

good news...went and got me a GT 630 and everything is fine, actually better than fine its great. The other card was just about the same as my old one i belive so it wasnt much of an upgrade plus it gave me the dreaded red checkered lines

Thanks, i have a 1tb harddrive and i "think" 6gb ram....4 yr old computer. Its crazy how fast technology grows and makes a top of the line computer back then, almost useless today :( ill pop the card in and hope that its better than what i have

Im thinking about getting this card from a friend...will I be able to play Dayz on anything better than 'Very Low" graphics settings? ***im hoping that it will be good enough for crystal clear graphics***
