I recently bought Day-Z standalone off of steam marketplace and I previously had Day-Z mod but I thought at first that the glitches in the game were do to my poor internet and slow computer but I recently upgraded my desktop and it is supposedly one of the better ones on the market and yet Day-Z standalone I feel still has its moments like its hard to get into the game because I will get set up and recently I found a Carbine like the M1A1 and I had all camo and a nice backback and then I joined a server and was just raiding a old abandon house and it took me days to collect my gear and I shut the door behind as I entered the house and a zombie ran lagged through the door and almost killed me I eventually died while looking for rags. It bummed me out and I haven't played the game since, I love the games idea but I don't think I can play the game until its finished and I understand 100% that its in its alpha stages but I just hope they correct the zombies walking through walls and so forth. I hope it gets better coming from a eager player. PS: Please do not comment if you don't have anything good to say thanks.

I have a question im very new to day-z standalone. Why cant I shut doors to avoid zombies or for that matter I walk into a building and they walk through the walls to kill me. I understand that this is an alpha but they should correct that first
