You're gonna get a bicycle months before another other sort of vehicle. As for equipment, I think some jackets would be cool. Cooler than track suits at least. -

I'm fine with its power, the reload time is just BRUTAL though. You really have to be going for headshots with it. If only bolts were more plentiful, or craftable, then it'd be better. -
Watch some of Jam Jar's videos like Prize, Surprize, Demize and get a sense of the very many different things creative people do with the game. DayZ is what we make it, seriously try and think outside the box... or just go play CoD. :P

How many ammo do you carry?

When I have an ammo box, I carry one full stack of every caliber. I roll with a squad, I want to be able to help any of them out if needed. With the remaining 3 slots, I keep an extra stack for my rifle, pistol and shotgun shells. Outside the case I keep a 12gauge speedloader and a backup stack for all 3. -
Care to explain that otherwise baseless assertion?

How is this purpose not achieved by the wipes on experimental? I do not see the need on stable, especially if they've fixed duping. This only punishes long term survivors for the sake of the KOS deathmatch crowd. -

Darn, i've been holding onto my maxed out stable chars with their tents, bi-pod mosins and full M4's for weeks now. Only playing on experimental until I can safely pitch my tent. All that effort finding two tents was for nought... -
How hard are you trying? Though it took me 21 attempts in 3rd Person my 1st Person char had to check over 120 deer shacks.

That is nonsensical, doing so IS testing the persistence. Also, considering how far off the release is, why wouldn't one stash desirables to enjoy in the interim? -
600+ hours in, only seen one hacker. He killed a clan mate of mine when we had ~6 in town, so we swarmed him and within ~10 seconds of his dying, he was back with the same gear shooting at us again. I killed him again and provided cover for my clan to log to a hacker free server. He came back a third time, and I dropped him again then hid and logged. Of all the kits to hack, why did he keep coming at us with a Blaze?

Dean seems to have said everything I wanted to hear, same roadmap, it will be a different team, no dumbing down. I hope he keeps his word, because EVERYTIME people tell me what they aren't going to compromise on, they're pretty much making up a list on what they think that can compromise and get away with later. I really hope we don't get a bunch of "No that aspect of the game wasn't dumbed down, we planned on it being that way from the start"

I still cannot find one on hardcore. I found one in after searching ~20 deer shacks in regular but have searched well over 100 in HC w/ no luck.

Duping is more fun? Probably only for KOS CoD-Kiddies. It would take all the joy out of finding things and surviving. If you're just skipping to full geared for deathmatch, why are you playing DayZ? Its like those "hackers" (script kiddies) who play god-mode, how is there ANY excitement if there's no risk of losing? How is there any satisfaction in a kill when there is no way for you to lose?
