Personally, I don't - I gave up on collecting and saving items since I prefer playing the game under pressure. Nothing feels worse than getting all this equipment, getting to NEAF and getting shot, losing it all. So now I make sure I get the bare minimum and then run to Berezino/NEAF. If I die, I don't care - if I stay alive, I'm alive for another day, time to get more food and water.

Taxes, Steam's cut of the money, licensing, staff take, systems investment, developments. Just because you punched $33.00 times by 2,000,000 it doesn't mean that $66,000,000 goes straight to development. There are so many other pockets that money has to go into. The only thing money cannot by is time, and time my friend - is what development actually needs. Sit tight, kill some freshies and wait for the development to roll in.

I think I'll take your advice on this one. I just managed to find a sweet spot that gives me a great sniping advantage in one of the major cities, but requires a ladder to climb :( Unsure if I should take the risk next time I'm there. I feel your pain on the force fed stuff, it's not a great way to go. But falling off the roof?!

Just died twice in the space of 5 minutes. My reason for dying? Using a ladder. A god damn ladder. Both times my character decided to just take a leap off the wall.

Maybe you should read your own posts once a while, it's clear to state you're degrading development on DayZ and stating your work is superior. Your grandma with alzheimers must be pretty gifted, it would appear you can't make up your mind, can you produce DayZ quality art work or not? and if you can, why can't you show us some? I don't believe you because you have no credibility in your post. You state you made educational games, education games for the building industry, oil industry and nuclear industry? I fail to see why you would need to education games for professionals in an occupation, especially that an education game that requires small cities. Let's look at the SKS then. What is it made of? Does it have any moving parts? Does it have lots of redundant parts hanging off it to make it look cool? Does it have any lets? No, it shows the wood and the grain, it shows the metal, the barrel, the muzzle, iron sights, trigger and guard. Very little more than that. Now let's take a look at this super death ray thingy that's designed to look cool in a far-fetched game set in a fictional reality, which has spikey things, lights and all sorts. I'll let you in on a secret.. It's designed to look cool. See that keyword? The SKS wasn't designed to look cool. Okay, I'm not a liar. I won't show you anything. Nothing at all. I won't prove anything, but you have to believe me! honest! Weren't you going to be a big boy and walk away the first time around? The fact that you're persistently arguing and not providing any factual information about the work you've done, about the fact that the moment you started posting in this thread you were implying the work being made on DayZ is somehow inferior and it's easily replicated, that you've done it in such little time with much fewer members of team. At the end of the day, if you don't like the game.. don't play it. Don't post on the forums, don't cry about it because your personal opinions are sour. Just put it on the back shelf, uninstall and move on. Simple. There are plenty of people who enjoy it, plenty of people who are happy to sit here and spend hours getting shot and shooting shit in Berezino. We can't change that for you.

As a bandit group, if we come across someone we usually handcuff and force feed. I might just break someone's legs and walk away next time though, that sounds pretty amusing. My first interaction with a player involved me dropping a team mate with an M4. My actual first hostile contact involved me dropping someone with a 1911, bricking it and shaking violently I was so worked up. Love dat adrenaline!

Did this when I first started DayZ, I was pretty gutted to be fair. Now I've learnt that even the smallest of jumps can kill you and I ALWAYS walk around the rock face and not just jump it.

The only ironic part of this post is, If I had said that to my partner she would have put the sweater around my throat, forced me into the kitchen and use every cooking instrument to inflict as much pain as possible.

Oh I'm certain of that, how about having a bit of patience and understanding - if you feel up to the challenge, why don't you apply to become a member of the DayZ development team, I'm sure you can teach them a thing or two by the sounds of your expertise.
