I'm not here to argue with other people and being accused like many others of being a CoD player, a Wow player and now a "eve player". I never played WoW or Eve, so you better stop there. Hey, Do you have any kind of API which outputs jason/XML/HTML/something for character information? I'd like to make a MyBB plugin for DayZ for free but I can't seem to find any information about this. You could argue that the server resources could be exhausted by many connections/queries to the main database. That's right but that information can be cached as it gets queried so that wouldn't be big problem. (Of course having a duplicate DB would be better but that doesn't exist) In a sense there must be a way to grab information about the character, otherwise the game client wouldn't be able to see it (not sure if it's Client<->Main Server or Main Server<->Server<->Client). The information may not be in a desirable format for a web application but could still be grabbed and probably parsed without problems. Thanks.

Errr...yah. Timezones differ in hours' date=' not minutes, so it's impossible this could be caused by a faulty timezone setting. Obviously, changing my timezone (which was already set to the right one) didn't help a single bit. When I made that post, the forum time was about 20-21 minutes ahead of my time. Now it seems to be about 28 minutes ahead. -edit: here, let me make it more clear to you: [img']http://i45.tinypic.com/2w6x5zs.png In case you don't know, the time/date is generated by PHP, thus it is most likely an incorrect PHP configuration or something else in the server configuration. The only thing MyBB does is use PHP functionalities to have the time and date displayed correctly based on your timezone. I think the hospitality here is far from good to be honest. I've never played WoW but I'm sure the OP doesn't the game to look like it, probably only a few aspects here thinks fit the game. Instead of being arrogant, perhaps discussing things would be a good start but it looks like you can't discuss with people which mention WoW, CoD or whatever. They're games, they're not like DayZ but they're games. DayZ took ideas from other games just like CoD and WoW did from others, you should understand that.

Go to your User CP settings and set your timezone correctly then.

It's not against the terms. Users are free to do whatever they want to. But they'll no longer meet support eligibility on the official support forums.

I am a developer of MyBB and I can assure you MyBB is very safe. It's used by many big boards, some of them are client of mine (I am PHP developer). I see people complaining on this forum that you use MyBB and that MyBB is not safe and not good enough. Some good constructive criticism is always welcomed. Just saying it doesn't work won't lead anywhere. Oh and by the way, MyBB is one of the best forums available and it's free.
