You guys realize no one is going to rent a server if it cant be played on when empty and or it has no loot until it is populated. What about pivate shards. Suddenly u lock urself to one server and try to play when the server has hardly any players on it and now there is no loot for u ? U guys forget that BI makes a lot of money renting servers people will not rent them if they cant be played on. Also most servers start out empty and slowly populate...problem is if low pop servers spawn no loot no one will join them to kick them off to get to 30-40 pop. Really need a solution that does not punish the everyone else for what server hoppers do.....even if u think everyone should play on a full server does not mean those who do not ply on full servers are server hoppers/exploiters.

Maybe Maxrain had a hidden hair line fracture in his arm when testing the AKM.... The AKMs only disadvantage over the AK101 is the AKM kicks harder and therefore requires more time inbetween shots at range... Assuming you hit the target at 800 meters on the first shot both guns are equal in that sense. The AKM has a better mag and more common ammo. i can deal with the kick when sniping at people from 800 meters cause I know my life is not in danger. However running out of ammo in a fire fight and having to reload 1.5x more often is not what Id prefer.

Your mind is obviously made up so what is the point of the thread? Why not rename it to "You noobs stop using the AKM and roll AK101" There are plenty of better videos and discussions floating about which give a more neutral and balanced evaluation of both guns NVM just realized your not the author of the thread....

i have tested the Ak101 I had one on several occasions. The hits harder is negligible. Why are you so defeinsive over a gun discussion in what boils down to personal preference. The caliber bullet is higher The drum mag means I can reload less often (I am not spraying out 75 rounds all at once but knowing I can dodge into the woods during a fire fight and not have to worry about swapping mags as quickly is nice) The ammo is more common All good reasons to prefer it over the Ak101 in my opinion but your argument has merit and I would agree the AKM kicks more than the 101 so when making ranged shots it is better But for self defense in those "oh shit" moments when you come around a corner and come under fire from 2-3 players I want a 75 round drum mag to provide suppressing fire while I GTFO. again personal preference not knocking your gun. I have used it plenty myself and even use it as a beater gun when I want to stash my AKM in case I die when heading to a dangerous area.

Well what if I log off and switch to a server for a valid reason and I log back in to find the game randomly though me in the middle of NWAF....how is that fair? I prefer AKM over AK101 any day coupled with Drum mags it makes a great weapon. the accuracy and kick of the AKM is negligible vs the AK101 Plus the AKM bullets hit harder I believe

Well considering that most geared players acquire their gear in the following ways : Duping Server hopping Server restart abuse for heli sites It is an unfair judgement to say there are too many mil spawns.... Until patch .48 M4s had not spawned in over a month but they were still wreaking havoc on berezino.... Also I feel that there are many give equivalents that should exist to mil gear for anything that isn't an automatic weapon or providing ballistic protection. The counter argument to remember is if u make the mil gear so rare tha you can barely find it then people will just seek out the next best alternative....at the same time with no mil gear u can gear up civ gear in less than 45 mins....so if u take the higher tier of gear out the mix then the game willl be even more deathmatch like cause there is no reason to go search for better gear

There are a lot of server admins exploiting server restarts to spawn heli crash sites.... I was on a server that restarted almost every 30 mins... If they were heli sites only someone would have confirmation by now

I lost track on my regular character after around 300 hours alive. Definitely more now hard to keep track when playing a lot of exp and hc lately as well

Tents are not working Tent itself does not despawn but bit by bit my oldest items I have looted which i left in my tent have despawned from it! The two or three items which despawned I have had for the longest. My suspicion is that after a set age items despawn when on the ground or in tent. The tent is preventing them from despawning any better than placing the item on the ground I know I was not robbed because the first time this happened I had a kitted M4 in there and all that disappeared was an AKM wooden buttstock which it as not the "rearrange gear" issue either cause there was enough space for it from where it disappeared. The second time I just sat outside my tent for at least 2 hours and checked and this time my folding AK buttstock disappeared. I confirmed that no one came into my tent and stole it AND it was not the "invisible inventory issue" it just completely vanished. I would advise against using tents this was tested on a server which has persistence enabled

Anyone know where the SMERSH vest spawns ? And no the SMERSH backpack spawns elsewhere and is more common and does not turn into a vest...I have found SMERSH backpacks all over the place on exp and stable

Backpacks are easy to find. The SMERSH vest is only heli spawns I believe

Yes I found 2 they are in. Only 3 spawn at server restart so they move around There is like 48 potential spawn points so look far and wide

Just from meleeing zombies last night I could not stop the zombie chain aggro respawn glitch...no moments of peace at all

Boxed ammo spawns all over mil bases for the m4 I found like 600 rounds between boxed clips, loose stacks and ak101 mags last night
