Last night, me and a buddy were checking out the barns behind Vysota (Hill behind Cherno) we were in the hills, I was a bit low on blood, so we were chowing down on some steaks. We hear gunshots and both immediately hit the deck, we figure out it was a Lee Enfield, so we weren't too fussed. This guy was shooting about once every 5 seconds until it all came to an abrupt stop. I took my AKM and scouted out for a bit, we find his corpse, still holding all his loot and bleeding on the floor, no zeds in sight, though. Then I see the perpetrator. He was running towards cherno with a silenced weapon and a ghillie suit I take a few shots at him, think I hit him once, then he dissappears. That's right, he disconnected, me and my friend vow to end his miserable life. We start camping out in cherno, my friend had a CZ 550 and I was covering from any zombies trying to get to us, that's when I spot something, it's ghillie man! He's running around the construction site in Cherno, my friend fires off a few shots and he runs into the town center, I thought we'd lost him so I go down to look for him and engage in close quarters. Just when I get down the ladder and get chased by a few zeds, I hear my friend pop off another round and he confirms it as a kill! (It was a French name, too, figures.) I was so excited, he was leading me through cherno around any threats and just before I find the corpse, there's some guy with a hatchet in hand, I sprint back a bit, take aim and right as I fire, I hear this guy say "Hey! Want to play together?" I see him drop to the floor. I didn't want to kill him! I just got scared he would take the loot or try to kill me! I could've easily told him to leave and just covered my back, but I dropped him in cold blood, out of greed, and it's been gnawing at me all day. (The ghillie guy had amazing loot, he had NVGs a silenced M4a2 with scope and camo and a GPS, but after that it just feels bitter). Anyone else have any similar stories?

I've been having this since before patch 1.71 but only on the arma II beta servers, anyone know how to solve this? I was getting great fps before all the servers updated to 93825. I have a fairly high end pc, are there no fixes to this at all? Oh, I'm also getting this in regular ARMA II, not just DayZ.

I don't think it's 1.7 dayz update, I think it's the Arma II patch 93825.
