Neither. I don't use a long gun. Full camo. Cowboy hat when can find one. Boonie when I can't. Improvised bp or hunter's bp. -
If I could just have my horse from Red Dead Redemption. Nothing more, nothing less. He's there when I need him and if he pisses me off I plug him in the skull and lassoo me another.

Horses "graze" anywhere there are grasses. Lawns, fields, pastures etc. They do not require "horse chow". They are resistant to most waterborn bacteria as well, so pond/stream drinking is fine. Maintenance of a horse is actually EASIER post apocalypse since you are free ranging. My little shack deep in the woods where I log out is a great place for an equine pal. He can log back in with me :)

How did someone "steal" your acct key? I've never heard of that, even with the most popular games like WoW or Guild Wars. It usually requires you reply to a phishing email and GIVE them your key to "authenticate" your acct. -

Beans for all my Lone Wolf brothers and sisters! Lately I've been rolling with no long guns. I keep my machete and axe bagged. Fully kitted with survival items, medical etc. I keep a .357 bagged as well for "personal protection".

I find them regularly in double door garages.

Find a nice secluded pine tree or hunter's hut. Never log in town.

Meh, I prefer to just hit people and zombies with axes/hammers/garden implements etc...not a fan of XXYYO button mash "COMBO BONUS!!!!" gameplay.

When I voted "no" it was with the picture of a standard push-to-talk handheld in my head. Having NOT played the Mod, I don't have any idea of the current fancy-dancey communicators in game circulation. The only pic I had seen for reference was a simple walkie. IF the devs deem to implement a talk/text communicator then why the hell not? It's their game. Though having a bit of two-way RF communications knowledge, the addition of 30km range would be reliant upon the re-activation of the repeater at Green Mountain. I can tell you that THIS survivor won't be harnessing up to climb that curs-ed tower! MoD contract be damned! Edit: Changed my vote to "Yes". -
Zombies are too hard (defending my opinion)

The only time I find myself at the shit end of the stick with the infected is if I pull a train of them into a building. Had 5 in a pub the other day with only a machete(usually my fav zombie whacker). Killed 2 and ran up the stairs. The other three followed me up to the landing quite dexterously and "shoved" me up through the ceiling onto the roof. Yeah, most dangerous part of THAT encounter was having to step off the 8 foot roof to my death. -
I'd wear flared corduroys b4 I attach a burning flare to my person.
