    Performance Issues with Dayz

Oh, I didn't know that. I'll try fiddling some more, thanks.
  2. Hi all- I'm mainly making this thread to make sure that I've configured my parts correctly, since I put a lot of money into them and don't seem to be seeing very great results. My rig is: GeForce GTX 780 i5 2500 @ 3.3gHz 8gb RAM @ 2100 mHz 60 gb SSD for certain games, including DayZ Standalone (not sure what speed) 1 TB HDD for os and rest of files And yet, even on the LOWEST (I mean everything off or very low) at 1920x1080 (native monitor res), I can barely manage 40 fps in forests and cities, sometimes dropping into the 30s. For this kind of rig, I feel like I should be able to at least get a solid 50 wherever I go, but not so. Is this a problem with my rig? With the game? With software? I dropped a lot on that gpu and playing games sub 60 fps is not what I had in mind when I bought it. Thanks
