my latest death: I was in my armored mmwv heading to my base. Got to my base, got out the car to go up to the garage door to unlock it, I get sniped by a group of 3 bandits. They took my mmwv (as it was unlocked because i didn't feel the need to lock it just to open a door. They took all my stuff and left me dead on the ground.

i just had that problem. Had an m9 sd. Killed a few zombies in 1-2 shots. Then one zombie runs up to me, i must have used almost a whole magazine on the damn thing. After lots of head and body shots it did eventually die..

possibly. I have a standard laptop and can run dayz on low settings with no lag. If Garry's mod etc run well then i would say it can run but on low settings.

they often appear around the coast, i find them quite often and sell them. (As i have a armored one already).

i just have a normal laptop and arma 2 runs awesome, dayz is not too laggy eather. around 20 fps or so. turn both arma 2 and dayz settings right down. disable many things. Find a better server with better fps.

i know how you feel. But i am lucky, i have lots of friends i always play with so it makes life a hell easier
