Where did you idiots get this idea from, that DayZ is supposed to be this survival game of your wet dreams? It always was first of all a PvP game and It always will be, cry me a fucking river, LOL. You are the ones who play the wrong game, not the OP or me.

One thing you don't seem to understand. It is not about me, nobody knows who I am and nobody cares, you can call me all names you like, it does not change a thing, except maybe a little bit for worse because you encourage devs to ignore hacks problem. New information that I bring "over 88 pages" is that hacks are still around despite devs efforts. What do you gain by trying to shut me up?

Maybe those thousands of people were lucky to not encounter as many hackers as I have, or they have higher tolerance for that, how would I know what keeps them playing. I'd rather be a whiny kid than stfu and pretend everything is shiny. Yes, some things are getting done, I think nobody in their right mind will deny that. I also believe they are being done largely because of pressure we whiny kids put on the devs. And even that is not enough because hacking or however you want to call it is currently outrageous.

My point was I don't care how you call it, I care for it to stop. Because as it is now - the game is unplayable, at least for me, maybe I just was lucky but during last month or so I encountered those "hackers" every time I played and it never ended well for me. I see no point in gearing up only to die to one of them so I stopped playing completely. With all problems that it has, still it is a great game, maybe the best out there, and I want to play it, but I can't.

If hacking is possible then clearly the client overrides the server, or do they hack into the server now? Yeah, if it is not scripting then it is totally ok that people can teleport around and make my character put his weapon away, what is important here that it is not scripting, wow, thanks Bohemia, such improvement. I understand that there always will be cheaters and to be honest I don't see 100% reliable way to block things like ESP, maybe such way exists but I can't think of it right now, maybe something with asymmetric protocol encryption or something. But things like teleports and disabling other people weapons, come on, there must be a way to stop this for good. The fact that these things are possible indicates that the server still takes orders from the client. It must be the server that tells my game client to put weapon down. If people are teleporting around it means that the server does not verify what the client sends. Don't you know that the client must be treated as an enemy and all data that come from it must be verified?

It is not new, has been around for weeks at least, nobody cares. I stopped playing completely because every time I go to NWAF I get this.

Smoke yes, but there is no such enormous muzzle flash in Arma.

Smoke is ok, black powder gives much more smoke and smokeless powder still produce smoke. Muzzle flash on the other hand is ridiculous, it is even beyond hollywood level of ridiculousness.

I think server hoppers must die.

It is a shame no one is going to do anything about it even though OP has posted self incriminating video. I only managed to watch first minute and half because I don't understand the language and the voice is unpleasant to my ear but it seems those guys were legitimate players. OP should be banned. Also he probably posted this video for one reason to have fun reading comments like mine and laughing.

Hacking is worse now than it ever was in SA. When I sit in the middle of a forest far in the north west, not making any noise and suddenly naked guy comes from nowhere and starts punching, then another fully geared guy appears from thin air right in front of me and my weapon refuses to fire, it is just a desync? Just a coincidence? Yeah right. EDIT: it wasn't just one encounter, I was killed by suspected hackers last 3 or 4 times during the last week. Never met a hacker before and I've been playing pretty much every day since day 1. So it seems to be a new thing.

Yeah, because that was the last line of my post :) I am talking about private hives, not connected to the public hive. You don't have to play on a server with bad admins. Find a good server and stick to it, that is what I do when I play the mod. I always play on the same private hive server where admins are active and deal with hackers promptly. No server hopping as a bonus. And those who want to deal with public hive's many issues are free to do so as well.

My friend and I were killed multiple times now when our weapons behaved strangely and other people teleporting and/or spotting us when we were well hidden in the woods. I don't call hacks unless I am 100% sure, there can be all kinds of coincidences and stuff. But this time I actually caught on video a guy appearing out of nowhere when other signs were also present, like my weapon unable to fire, so there is no doubt. The game is riddled with hackers. Every time I go to NWAF I encounter them. Hacking is worse now than it ever was in the mod, except maybe that time, right before private hives became dominant. Good work on that "server makes decisions" thing, devs. If you can't stop hacks that is understandable, but please at least give us private hives where responsible admins can use whitelisting and kick/ban offenders.

Was just killed on stable by a guy who appeared out of thin air and I couldn't shoot him, my weapon just refused to fire and yes it was loaded, also couldn't look down the sights but could zoom in with RMB so it wasn't my mouse malfunctioning.

Are you saying that 75 people voted for correct ammo and 2000000 people own DayZ, therefore only 75 of two million people want correct ammo? Wow... just wow. The things we're having to deal with here...

It wouldn't even mess with coastal pvp if done properly. All it takes is smart set up of loot spawns.
