    Downgrading Arma 2 OA 1.63 --> 1.62

    Hey guys, I had this problem and I have found the perfect way to fix it. Open up your game folder (if in steam, its C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\common or where ever else you might have installed it.) Delete the Games EXE file and the Server EXE file. Then go to steam, right click on arma 2 OA and set it to only update when you want it to. Then click the local files tab at the top and then click "Verify integrity..." this will re-download just the two EXE files you deleted. This will take a minute or 2. Once that's done, you will essentially have version 1.00 installed. Now thats done, Go and choose your patch you wish to update to @ http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php Install the patch you want and away you go! some times DayZ commander will say game not found. If so just open arma 2 OA, close it, the click update game on DayZ Commander! Enjoy! :)
