Gender switched back to male after death.

My female character who survived a few also got switched back when I died while the server had some lag. I spawned back as a male character. -

I am (and along with a group of friends) extremely sure he didn't do anything wrong. He actually even pays for a server, bought it from a hosting company. Even the hosting company said to not worry about the ban he first received (Gamehack 38, June 12) because they were sure it was a false positive. He woke up today to find that he was globally banned. I'm thinking it might have been an overlay that clashed with Battleye like that mumble overlay. I'm not appealing anything here. Just wanted to see if anyone has had success in overturning the ban because we're all pretty stirred up and worried about it. -

Has anyone had success in overturning their ban from battleye at least? I strongly believe one of my friends has been banned wrongly.
