So what do you do after you get kitted up in full military gear, after you ransack both the military base and the airfield, assuming you're still alive afterwards. Go on a killing spree? Seems like the only other thing to do right now in the SA. Can't build bases, can't look for a vehicle, not much to do besides murder everyone and try to stay alive as long as possible. Is this why KOs exists so much in SA? O_o

I enter a server that, in the title, it says no kill on sight, bandits will be hunted down, and it's hosted by heroes, etc. So I'm in Berezino and I'm the only one in Berezino except for one other guy. I happen to come across him. I put my hands in the air because I have no weapon, no gun, nothing at all, I'm no threat to him what-so-ever. I even gave him the chance to rob me because I had my hands up. I had some decent loot as well, a scope for the mosin, a pristine can opener, a hunter backpack, med kit, water purification tablets, canteen, etc etc.He could have robbed me and sent me on my way. Nope he shot me in the head even though I had my hands up and was no threat to him at all. I love this game's mentality. It's wonderful. At least he had the common courtesy to look at me in the eye when he shot me in the head. I know this is another one of those rant threads but honestly...What has happened to this game? Explain to me why people do this. Instant gratification of the kill? (even though I was no threat to him at all) I just don't understand. Please enlighten me.

I thought this was DayZ, a zombie survival game, not Ninja Simulator 2014.

Everytime I try to connect to a server it gets stuck on "Wait for host". I tried updating everything, etc. etc. Is this what you all are talking about? If so, then I have to wait for them to fix it within the next couple of weeks?
