When I first started playing and started seeing "bugs", my first thoughts were not "WTF?! This is crap! I need to get onto the game's forums and complain about how I hate this and that." My first thoughts and still running thoughts are: "Upon purchasing this unfinished game I was painfully aware I would be involving myself with a development of a game that will contain many bugs and issues." If the game was void of bugs and issues it would not be called a pre alpha release and I would of probably had to spend double the money. They even makes us "accept" that we understand this upon every single time the game is fired up. Yet people still feel the need to complain about something they agreed to partake in. So silly. -

I like both, it depends on my mood and where I'm playing. Also, the controller works better for when I hook my laptop to my 32" tv and want to lay back in bed to play. A keyboard and mouse are not as comfortable for super lazy gaming. I find I have to look at the keyboard from time to time and I do not have to do that w/ a controller. So it's much more comfortable when lazy'n around. As well, I still have a sliver of free thought and tend to be open to stuff, instead of just picking one side and blindly run down the street. -

lol yeah I've been using the xpadder with right trigger melees for 2 or 3 weeks now. But...I did notice the new 1:1 mouse now makes the analogs much smoother and feel more like a normal console game would. I do love that! It is odd the Op could not use the right trigger for melee until 0.44. very odd. -

Ahh, the never ending need to tweak settings. I too have noticed this and figured it was just a bug. I realized when I bought this game that it was going to have numerous bugs throughout its development. It cracks me up that people actually complain about the bugs.Silly, silly people. Just like it was posted perfectly before, all these crazy bugs(or at least most) should get smoothed out. Have faith beaniacs!

Can I find a snazzy hiding spot, take my backpack off in said snazzy spot and then go on with my day within that server? Then go back and retrieve the pack or take items out of it as needed? I have a feeling the answer is no, especially on servers with frequent restarts. But what about normal SA servers? I'm not sure if and how frequently they may restart. So long story short can packs be used to stash items as long as later retrieved before log out and or restart?

I'm easy to please. Just to have a mission now to hunt down the new crossbow makes this update awesome! Also being able to use the frying pan and cooking pots for zombie skull smashers is pretty sweet, Thanks gang! Looking forward to the future!

Gott'cha. Thanks man. Yeah indeed, I want to cut my losses some and leave a pack stashed with some ammo, food, bandages, ect but still carry another with supplies too. I think I'm going to give it a try, see what happens heheh. Thanks again. :thumbsup:

Cool, thank you. Do you know if the servers that are generic named(I'm guessing publishe/devr owned) have frequent restarts? I think I read somewhere there like once a week.

Disable the Steam Overlay, it increases fps when off, I hate background programs. -
