    Edited to show server ip/port. Yeah i would imagine making it a 1hr restart would attract more looters/server hoppers for sure. But would that really help in attracting general population through out the day.

    question about reloading guns

    I don't believe you're suppose to reload with "r", it's never worked for me. Just the drag/drop solution which i think is intended for this game, unless you run totally out of ammo and u can press f to switch cartridges on the m4 not sure if it works with the sks but it works with the m4 not sure about the speedloader.

    You gota meet people in certain places some times in-order for them to be "friendly" most people you meet at heavy traffic areas will be on their toes not wanting to die. if anyone needs a partner is adventures, feel free to msg me on here i play every night.
