I'd loved to have been there mate, but our chopper experiences are short lived. even being able to battle with a rival clan without the chopper knowing that it works if you did manage to steal it and save it then fair do's. Thats the way the game should be but atm its broken, but i'll take it on the chin. Had i've been aware of the bug I wouldnt have went through the trouble the post descrivbed or even the post itself. :P Im testing an alpha i fully understand that so i decided to share my experience so that it can be fixed and authentisised to a working game in future :) ANyway off topic a bit.. Then again if your pilot did get kicked by battleye (and u suspect it was a server admin abusing their power), then i apologise and your definately on topic. u can follow/reply to my new thread below http://dayzmod.com/f...eduled-restart/ I will start to make a video about my experiences and the hours wasted on this subject, but im sure u can understand, right now i dont have the patience to watch all of the footage and then edit it all down so its something someone will even watch, I mean theres about 8 hours of video on my hard disks alone, both 500gb and both full to the top. But i really cant be bothered to edit it right now but please watch my page so we can make this issue more aware to people. Because honestly people trying to fix and save a heli atm is almost impossible without full control of your OWN server. (ie corrupt admins booting people for jealousy) Its sad but true, I hope u follow my post bro, I will get to the video.. gonna be some awesome video and some VERY embaressed admins / programmers / developers. Cuz the shit that happened to me, is just stupid. (and no i didnt get shot down or anything like that, all server admin abuse and or bugs in the game)

dude why the hell did u link me that video, what i posted has NOTHING to do with what you sent me. I dont mean to be rude, but my post is about me fixing a chopper to full green getting it somewhere safe and then saving it and the server restarting 1-2hours later and regardless it spawns back broken in its original location not the one i saved it in. So i really dont know why you posted that on my 8 hours wasted post. Yes theres other problems with the choppers, i gathered that. But this is not the issue i want to discuss. Its the server communication to the hive (MS>PING>SENDING PACKETS) and or server admins restarting and locking servers (IE breaking rules) so thanks for the reply but this is totally off-topic. I had to reply here because my forum post got locked.

So today i found a helicopter on an island, i work on getting all of the things i needed with a little help from a friend, we finally get it all repaired and fueled to the point where we can get it to a petrol pump and full refuel it. We did that, fully fueld chopper, first one i've managed to actually get my hands on, repair it, and fly it, and hide it. We save the chopper in a safe location then decide to travel a bit to refuel and hopefully pick up a few more jerries, and what happens when we get to the fuel pump. NO MESSAGE RECIEVED. I'm well aware admins abusing their powers but this happens everytime i have even a WHIFF of a chance of flying this god damn chopper. WE did EVERYTHING right, yet a fkin JEALOUS BUTTHURT asshole server admin decides to spoil my 8 hours hard work just because he feels like it. If u decide u want to spend time fixing a chopper up. Just DONT FUCFKING BOTHER. its not worth the fucking time because an asshole admin will most likely restart the server like the jealous butt hurt pricks that they are, and all that time spent will be wasted. I will never play this game again untill this fucking ADMIN ABUSE and HACKING comes to an end, and I WILL NOT be purchasing any more games from Bohemia including the upcoming standalone version of DayZ if shit like this isnt put to an END PRONTO SICK OF THIS SHIT. Ps thats not even including the hackers we had to deal with teleporting places with an as50 and fucking up my transport so i could fix the chopper quicker. This game (I KNOW ITS AN ALPHA) is riddled from top to bottom with corrupt server admins doing whatever the fuck they please not taking into concideration ANY1 ELSES hard work, and these hackers just Pissing people off intentionally 90% of them doing it not for fun JUST TO PISS PEOPLE OFF. FIX THIS SHIT so you dont piss people off to the extent i am. Ive played this game since a month from its release and ive never seen so much bullshit in the past month in my whole entire life ALPHA RELEASE OR NOT. rant over. FUCK hackers, FUCK server admins that abuse your powers. FUCK YOU. wasting my god damn time. I'm even ASHAMED to say this but im concidering fobbing off DayZ all together, and going back to shitty black ops and bf3 because this game is either UNPLAYABLE with glitches, or full of fucking KNOBS that just want to spoil the fun for everyone else. Did you make this mod to just piss people off? Because right now everyone i speak to playing this game is fucking FED UP. if it keeps going on like this NO ONE WILL BE BUYING YOUR STAND ALONE. SORT THE FUCKING BULLSHIT OUT. Video may soon follow. probably with added RAGE. Because this is getting totally ridiculous.
