I think i posted in this forum way, way back in the day. I personally stopped playing this game for a long time due to, well it just would piss me off. So i hit Altis Life servers and RP is so amazing. I built a new PC this week, and decided to re install DayZ and throw it at the PC. It has been month(S) and i had such a blast playing. I managed to RP some stuff up and i always record my footage. This is what i need to get into. I just want to have a tent, live off the land, go into town for medical supplies...and just help or hinder people coming through my land! This is soooo awesome that you guys have gotten this going

They will not. The clan i am with used to have the number 4 top ranked server all this summer. We stopped paying all of the money because they didnt give us any Admin Tools and they did not allow us to kick or ban people that we knew were hacking. Instead they tried to shut our server down for rule violations because we had "No KoS" in the title. They literally sent emails and fought us tooth and nail for our right to have it named that. You can prob dig up the old forum battle. This game is trash and more and more people are seeing it. Look at the hacked up posts. All locked and they take a silent approach. I had a dev admit its all hacking and not scripting. You can search DayZ Hacks and buy hacks all day and night long. Get rid of your server no need to pay for it when they give you no protection as an admin. They give server admins no support, or tools to protect the integrity of the server they pay to rent. Basically server renters are idiots in the long run. You are paying for people to play this hacked to trash game.

This hacked up piece of dog shit will now be sold to PS4 and Xboxone players....Boy theyve been thirsty for it and have no problem throwing Dean and them more money. This game will never be finished i assure you. Once Dead is gone this game will be watered down garbage....Not that Dean was going to make it any better. They know the game is garbage and coded horribly, they are all about sucking more money. Dean once said he wouldnt even think about a console version until they were happy with the PC version.....So i guess hes happy with this trash. It is horrible that this game has failed. With all that money they could have made a whole new game and still had more to spend. They are taking money and running. The writing is on the wall err Reddit. Happy Hunting!

Like i said alot of people are going to say its to weak. It is by no means the best, but at the same it does just fine for myself...I actually decided to play DayZ for the first time in awhile last night and i have to say the game is alot smoother. It will get better for the AMD kids....You just has to play with your settings. You have a better graphics card then me, but also i have overclocked my FX4100 so yea....... You wont just be able to by an intel chip and put it on your motherboard...you have to make sure it will pair with it. If you were to upgrade id say spend the 200 bucks and get the 8350 CPU. A couple of my buddies have them and have no issue running DayZ

Ok so here is the deal buddy!! My rig is AMD FX4100 O.C 4.4ghz MSI GTX660 6gb Ram Right now this game is not coded for AMD...Our Processor has alot of trouble with this game. I can run ArmA3 just fine, its just the way this is coded. I can still steam and everything just my FPS isnt through the roof. Def mess with your settings...Take off all Bloom i will post back in a liltte while of what settings i have to help let my game run smooth! Happy Hunting!

Most times on patrol in Afghanistan i did not have ear protection or just didnt wear them because im an idiot. I still have amazing hearing...from what some of the older guys i worked with said, your body does crazy things in times of distress such as war, life or death situations and things of that nature. In these moments my ears were almost as good as the Noise Canceling Ear Protection i would have. Something with the blood withdrawing from my ears or ear drums to deafen the sound of the guns. Yet if i was at the range with no ear protection i would get a ring from my first shot if i wasnt wearing them....Obviously i understand they make ear protection for a reason, im just stating the fact that ears along with many other things in the human body have self saving functions..... In this game there is no non combat shooting so who knows if everyone would get the ring.....not to mention the cal. of the rounds your shooting. Louder gunshots and their sounds should be tweaked though i do agree on making it a little bit realer sounding.

I understand i was just taking that stance for point of argument....its obvious but i have gone down the road of this game is hacked to shit and all i get is the Deal with it or stay away from lumbermill....Ive no longer made this a hacking thing and more of a dev team cohesive issue.. The hacks are just why i dont play anymore...much... Happy Hunting!

The end of times are near!! WE DIDNT LISTEN! Obviously hacks are in every game!! They will always be a part of gaming and open source things.....That is all understood, all im saying is the writing is on the wall. I surely got my money and then some out of it. I also learned a lesson with "Early Access Games". H1Z1 is going to be insane, there are other games that are starting to do it better. -_- DayZ SA was the reason i got back into PC....Still love the game for what it is, but am dumbfounded by either the lack of or just choosing to to fix simple game mechanics. Zeds are still pretty darn broke....Infin Ammo Mags still are rampant and most of the of the people around these parts will say stay away from Lumbermill because of the hackers. Thats pretty crazy if "Everyone" is playing good block,bad block in terms of hacker friendly towns. Take all of the issue and line them up with the Devs and studio. They have seriously made enough money to start over from scratch......yet they still cant get these Zeds figured out, or hire someone who can. But hey dude, you can play with your new bow and deer in this sandbox that is filled with water. I myself dont like to play in the mud.....All these awesome ideas and what not coming from above and the community, yet still no real change from almost a year ago? I was all down to do my testing duties, report bugs, go explore, test shot spread on guns. No problem with stress testing cities when they started changing the spawns. I just dont see why the base of the game wouldnt be fixed by now. Hell save the hacker ban till the end im not overly worried about that. My overall issue here is the lack of effort other than the forum mods who look around the forums to silence someone who says what i say.

Hi, welcome to DayZ SA for Hackers... This game is pure garbage now. They will assure you that all of these issues are not actually Script kiddies but they are all hackers. Look for my old posts on the subject. With Dean saying hes leaving, The source Code being taken, BI becoming a partner in this......All that matters is Money man. They will continue to push this game because it isnt affecting them in a negative way. There bottom line remains un changed because idiots are still shelling out cash for a game for Hackers to Practice on. Get ArmAIII and play a real game Breaking Point. The Devs actually look into cheaters on the spot. They have a TS help desk room where you can actually get shit done. They release updates almost TOO MUCH!! This game is just for the kids and hackers now man. DayZ SA, where your game doesnt matter, sure we will spend time coding a bow and arrow and tents, but we wont fix our Zeds, Our buildings are garbage, and the exploits are amazing. Just make sure that if you are one of the lucky Admins who have a server, you cant do anything about the hackers in your server!! Just keep shelling out the money to support a group who could give two shits about you. :) Happy Hunting......Now give me my warning....

Should be ok, i dont know about overheating...this game taxes your CPU pretty heavily...any specific reason why you dont want it on a desktop?

Turn of your Bloom and what not..the post processing people leave turned off because of that shaking effect after running and what not...

Hacking, this game has been hacked to shit for a long time now...they dont make mention of it because it is still one of the top selling games...I dont think they are going to be able to do much about it...They have said it isnt scripting so to me that means its a bigger issue than i thought it was...Here i thought it was just Script Kiddies running around invis and all that jazz....Guess not...hopefully they can figure something out but my faith has ran dry in terms of this....i play it when no one else is on for the other survival game we have migrated to. Its a shame..because of these types of things and the lack of server tools for Server Admins....Alot of fellow server owners have decided to stop paying until they fix their shit.//Best of luck and happy hunting!

Yea alot of stuff makes it hard for me to keep this game in rotation like i used to? I dont have many crash issues though...have you filled out a bug report about it? Can you recreate it? When does it happen? Happy Hunting!!

So i decided to play today for the first time in about 2 months and while the game seems to be running alot more smoothly..the clan im with decided we would cancel our number one ranked server in the world.... Now i remember why we did....First person i encountered was a hacker who was shooting me while he was invis and floating in the air...His muzzle gas was right behind my back point blank range.... You give the admins nothing to combat hackers with...and still hacks seem to be out of control still....They still have never ending M4 mags/? How the fuck? Ive seen a deer and ive searched for apples, i saw the new crouched over running zeds and thats cool Fix the damn hacking so this game can actually be played is all id like Happy Hunting!

I have no qualms with the unfairness and this game being unforgiving to me that is what spotlighted this game...I do have a problem with streamlined ammo decisions...lack of support for Server Hosting Admins like myself and my clan had....You cant get a name of a hacker unless they type in general...they dont do that often...even if you do have the stuff to make a case you cannot actually kick them let alone ban them from your server..all they have to do is cry that you kicked them and you can lose your right to the server hosting that you bought. They seem to be taking the low road in most of these new ideas and future content pipeline..all in the sake of money now..... You can find plenty of people who just plain suck..when i die normally nothing is mentioned of it in my head except for fuck..you entered that town all wrong, or you were hungry and rushed..and things of that nature...high vs low land...my tactics get the blame for my deaths....i dont even mind desync that shit happens...what i do mind is people who can attempt to honestly say they havent seen any hacking or that it isnt an issue....shit a couple months ago people were flying and still using the .bpo file exploit...now im being told its impossible for the scripting to go on for the past 7 months.. along with never have i ever game.... They was a time when suspect shit happened but i had nothing on film nor did i even see the culprit..im not going to scream hacks when i can barely here the shooting of the person who is engaging me...I only come in here and claim hack when it is because i saw it..not guessed it or estimated it...but saw it!! You dont transport across a field or put out your muzzle gas in my back when im 20 feet of the ground... For the record i am the guy who runs towards the infin ammo hackers...i like to capture them on film and sound...i like to engage them and try to kill them to help the server...but now they are adding the invis..cant kill something you cant see..
