I'm ill at the moment with a heavy bout of man-flu. I was not in the mood for these asshats.

Whilst travelling down to Balota to meet up with friends, I run into a group of nervous survivors being terrorised by a sniper in the nearby apartment buildings. Reluctantly, I decided to lend a hand. FOR THE GREATER GOOD!

Finally, here's part two of our 'Lotta Lottie Live!' Stream-lights! It was a wild ride, for sure. Check out part one, here.

So i'm about to start streaming, and as a result will be posting stream highlights to my channel along with my regular content. This week, I met up with LottaLottie, a player I'd met in a previous video (you can see here) and joined her Stream. I wasn't streaming, but these are my highlights in the format i'll be doing them when I do. It's long, it's more gameplay than 5 minute comedy skit, but it's highly produced and somewhat emotional. I'd be thrilled if you'd take a look at part one of the adventure while I continue to work on part two.

Anyone have a clue what happened to me to disable direct communication in the vid? I was under the impression that gags and stuff weren't in the game, but I my direct communication stopped working altogether after being 'fed' (whatever that was??) and seemingly resumed once I broke the restraints. Super weird, surely it can't just have been incredibly coincidental timing for a bug? I was bricking it! Hats off to the bandits though, for being so well coordinated. I had no idea that a guy came from behind to cuff me until I watched it back. And a double hat off to our mysterious wanna-be hero of the night too, as i'm sure he meant well. This was a truly harrowing experience. Fucking brilliant, but harrowing.

Someone suggested perhaps I went unconscious briefly when he shot me in the leg but a bug caused the screen not to fade to black, hence the lack of direct communication. Has that ever happened to anyone?

It's all go tonight. Apart from the constant server outages, I'm loving 0.49 so far! Anyone else had a massive performance boost?

Hmmm... I've seen a few people say that too. :S For me though, the increase seems pretty substantial, maybe a good 10 frames... It has been a little while though since I last jumped on.

Well, here's how it went down... Remember kids, it is possible to wiggle too much.

My first and only experience with hackers in game. Speed hackers et al. All took place on the Green Mountain Sanctuary server. Someone suggested i share this here from the gallery. Other than this, I can't say I've had any troubles playing across many different servers. These guys sucked, however.

Holy shit, the stories are true. Nothing good ever came from Green Mountain. Stay tuned for part two, this adventure's only just getting started...

No worries, and yeah, so I keep hearing. That was my first time on the server, and I have to say I don't think i'll be making it my new home. Maybe we should change the motto: "One DOES simply walk into Green Mountain... it's just no-one walks out." Also, nice vid. A solid gold hacker.

Not fake at all. Everything you see and hear in the video is how it happened, as it happened. I genuinely didn't even know what a 'guard' was. Remember, this was my first time to not just the Green Mountain Sanctuary, but Green Mountain altogether. To be honest, I was expecting it to be spooky or creepy in some way. I could never have predicted the 'horror' i got. Perhaps the second part of the video (which i'll have up tomorrow) will help sway you. And yeah, damn the hackers. In part two there's a lot more of them and exactly what they're up to.

Thanks! I can hand on heart say none of this was scripted. This shit is real. I had no idea what to do as nothing even close to this has ever happened to me before in DayZ. You're right though, that guy did seem to be teleporting around - they all were. You'll see more of that in part two, where stuff gets even more intense.
