So here I was looting NEAF and being all cheery when I come up to the top floor of the air tower and my life ends with the sounds of gunfire... I understand, you folks are blase about jackassery around here, but this is not, surprisingly enough, the topic of this post. It's what happened in the respawn after that. I was walking around... Berezino, I think? looting basic stuff, still in my starter clothing and with a can of peaches in my back pocket when I see a guy who is about middle tier in gear running in front of me. Fortunately, he hadn't spotted me, so I started backpedalling, when he stops and turns around. So do I, thinking "well scumbag, let's get this over with." and being all fatalistic. Instead the guy waves to me twice, drops a 1911 and a pistol flashlight and wordlessly leaves, leaving me surprised that I was still alive. Don't know your name mate, but in case you're reading this - you're a rockstar.

I guess I'm with the minority in sympathising with the OP's feelings.

I do agree that the more common guns should have their mags be more common too. I spent several days touring the map for a mag for my Sporter until I just gave up in disgust.

Similar issue - ping in the 90-120 range and inability to access servers due to being stuck on the "Waiting for host" message. Joining the crowd waiting for a fix.

Wait till you starve to death. It's practically the best way to get out of this glitch. Just leave it on for an hour or so.

What are they? I heard that they are 07-10 am GMT, but it's already past that and still no servers.

You know that "spawn in deep water glitch"? I had it recently and spawned in, mentally prepared to starve it out... right into the midst of four zeds, who helpfully killed me, saving me an hour or more of starvation. Go zeds!
