    SERVER RESTART WARNINGS! (plz.)

    I can confirm this. However, depending on your location, our servers may not be available to you*. I have found that as an American, I have to connect through friends on my list as servers from other countries do not show up. I do agree with you (author), because it is very irresponsible to just restart all willy nilly. *EDIT: What I mean is that the default ping setting (100) will MOST LIKELY not show servers in countries such as the UK, but it all depends on your isp.
