300 sec wait time after getting kicked from servers

The timer sucks. I just got this game. Got stuck under a house right away, and supposedly I'm supposed to get to a corner or a wall and log and reconnect..... well I keep having to wait forever because of this. I tried vaulting too can't get out. -
