*Starts playing "Don't fear the reaper" in the background* If you're going to kill off your character, do it in a significant way, don't just jump off of a building or something, that's no fun. :P Give your gear to a bambi, get in an intense gunfight, or something like that. After you have respawned in Berezino, why not take a different route? Explore a different part of the map. The three main towns/cities surrounding NEAF are usually full of good loot because most people who head northeast go straight for NEAF and get themselves killed, or they actually find good loot there and get the heck out of the area because they're afraid of losing it. You may find taking a different route to be more fun and a good break from your regular trip.

You have to remember, this is an alpha version of the game and although it is easy to forget, the game has not been fully released yet. We are essentially testing the game. Full release may be years down the road but as long as we click "I understand" to the alpha notice every time we load up the game, then we can't really complain about the bugs too much. The best thing we can do is report them under bug fixes and hope that if it is deemed important enough, it will be fixed quickly. ( if a bug has already been reported there is no need to re-report it, but you can cast a vote on an existing bug report that has not been acknowledged yet to show the devs that the bug in question effects a larger amount of players ).
