    I've actually had an easy time fishing so far, though i suppose its currently more random than skill based, at least at its early stages. A short summary of what i did on my first tries was toss the line, check it several times until i got a message saying there is movement nearby and just waited for a bite. Once you have a bite make sure to quickly pull out before you lose your chance (and yes, its a matter of seconds). Afterwards, to remain successful i simply switched spot and remained patient. I'd say it was an average of 3 mins for every bite so far. Cooked fish fillet anyone? courtesy of the chef ;)
