    Flashlight doesn't work?

Okay. I'll try it next time I'm on a night server. But you don't need further stuff to use it? pressing l is enough?

    Flashlight doesn't work?

Hi there! I've got a problem. I found a flashlight and cant figure out how to use it. I pressed l while holding it, nothing happend. Left click, right click, nothing. Do you need batteries for that thing? Because I've played for 3 Days now and havent found a single one. Can you please help me? Greetings, Craban

    Persistency suggestion

Hi there! I played DayZ for a while now (2 days straight) and I really love the whole concept of it. Even though it is in Alpha it feels complete and working. But some things can be improved here and there. Here are my suggestions: Persistency There is so much you can do here. Some people complain about server hoppers. This can be adressed by this too: Make the server have something you feel attached to, something that changes the server as a whole. And this leads to: A way to implement a bigger persistency (and "Job" balance) So, this is just an example and not quite polished. You could implement a 3 faction system (bandit, survivor,Police[military?]). When in the game you can decide to join one faction. For example you can join the military. Now, since you joined the military you get cash (ARMA 2 mechanic), which you then can spend for weapons or (wait for it...) .......Buildings! (sandbags, MG nests). You could implement the same thing for the Bandits but with slightly different things to buy. I leave faction balance and stuff aside now, because this is just a rough Idea and I want to leave this to the developers. (Honestly I just don't want to leave my biased opinion here xD) So, what do you think would help the game being more persistent? Please also leave some ideas down there and not only "sucks" or "good" ^^ DayZ itself is a great thing, keep up the good work!
