Not able to hear other players or see there messages

Yes ik that i have to send a msg every now and then when i am running on the road so if a player is able to hear me they know im not a threat -
I'm Not able to hear any other player let alone see there messages. I've already made a post about this problem or bug. I am wondering if it is an issue with my game or if its a problem with steam, it is the only game i have with this issue and also have re-installed the game several times.

No its not that cause i have been playin for 4 about a week and me and my friends do like kidnapping and i cant really do anything cause i cant hear them XD so i just stand there watching XD, and no loads of people have tryed to say stuff XD

I can't hear any players/see any players msges. I was wondering if it is just my steam i doubt it my computer i have a great pc and I have re installed the game few times and even tried using it on my brothers computer yet when ever i download dayz i can not hear other players. Would I have to try and contact steam support or something or is there anyway you guys would be able to help. "players can hear me though"
