Finally got a Truck and it ran sweet. I drove from Myshkino to Kamyshovo before I ran out of fuel. After I got to Kamyshovo meet a few guys shared some food and killed a few fools then headed up to Msta to wait for another server restart and BAM hacker out of no where was just porting to everyone and using explosions to kill everything in site. Well that's experimental for you !

Have not seen any crash sites yet :(

Love this patch. Everything is running smooth on my end. Servers are restarting about every hour but other than that I love this patch....

I am living off the berry bushes on the Northeast and Southeast servers... :( Can not find a damn thing !

Hey is anyone else crashing after about 15 min ?

I hope they go ahead and push to stable. I like everyone not fully geared. I find a lot more friends when everyone you meet only has a few good items. Maybe it will turn into a survival game after all !

Where is everyone ? Why are all the server near empty ?

They did this on purpose. They tested Dying from Hpothermia when the patch first came out. Also Hyperthermia was tested and everyone was passing out. This patch they wanted to make sure everyone on an average day could stay comfortable. Biggest thing they need to work on now is still the loot repsawn and persistence.

After Loot cycling the past two hours no tent. I think they have removed the tents from 0.49 getting ready to move to stable. Axes are VERY rare. Be careful not to drop things on the ground that you want to keep. Everything but Backpacks / Medkits / Guns / Clips will disappear in 30 seconds. Some new toys in the game that require batteries. They work VERY Well. Zombies are working fine again and seem to pack a bit more punch. New sounds for doors and gates. Doors now are random open or closed after server restart. Barracks doors now some open inward and some outward. Some doors have been added or closed where they were open before. Body temperature seems to be working very well now. You might want to pack some warm cloths if you can not build a fire. If you get over heated simply jumping in the water for awhile will bring your temperature down. Ammo and Guns are also VERY Rare now. Not long after the servers are patched everything will become hard to find. All of the Call of Duty fans are not going to like this new patch. Starting to feel more like a survival game and less like a PvP game. My impressions of this current patch for 0.49 is very good and I think they will move it to stable sometime today or tomorrow morning. Enjoy everyone and remember ( Its a survival game ) Try and make friends again because your going to need them with this patch.

Yes This plan does work. ----> If you are a new spawn just eat a little and drink then find an ax and matches and make a fire. Relog and live at your fire until your hypothermia goes away. After that everything seems to be working fine. I did notice some glitches with my inventory from time to time and zombies are in hibernation ? Found some cool new items. Thermometer and the new Mask ( Looks SWEET ). Looks like magnums are back in the game pretty good now but I cant find any ammo ! Before there was .357 everywhere now I have two magnums and no ammo. I am also finding a lot of rope but yes I agree axes are the new MUST HAVE ITEM ! Can we get an option for the thermometer to read in fahrenheit ? Everything else looks good. ( Its starting to feel like a survival game and not PvP anymore ).

Its Broken. There is nothing you can do. After you log and log back in you will be red Hypothermic and die soon after. Zombie AGRO is broken. Eating and Drinking is Broken till you log. And if you log your dead anyway.

Yes the lag is really really bad. Its all the items that the server is loading. Even the dreaded rubber band is back.

After playing experimental for awhile I am not sure what to think. The current spawning system is broken. I think one simply answer to fix this is to make players spawn naked. Any towns that have a lot of spawns near them where everyone drops their flashlights and batteries seems not to spawn anything. Then the towns that people make it to and start loot cycling there is so much loot its no longer a survival game but a thrift store where everything is free but nothing you want to take. Just start over ?

Agree my party ran into a hacker running like Flash with a crowbar. We all had M4s and took him out. So they can move really fast but no loot ?

Its Hyperthermia not Hypo... you overheated. I know it says you feel cold... that means your cooling off. This new weather needs some love !
