Military Tents Spawn To Much Loot?

Last two times I went all the way to the military tents in a low pop server, there was nothing. -
I would have to get out of that tiny square first. I tried everything but I can't. It happened here: http://postimg.org/image/3unqgfkpx/ I already tried going to high pop servers, but no success.

My legs are broken and I'm stuck at this place. I can't crawl out of here. I can't fix my legs because I had just spawned, I don't have anything. So basically.... the only thing I can do is to wait till I die of hunger?
