You can get your player ID in profile settings (ingame). That should be enough for support.

AFAIK, there is no such heli in dayz. That was a military khaki-coloured Huey, so "Carla" had to be a cheater. -

Try single player mission. They don't work for me with DayZ loaded. Loading ArmA without DayZ solves the problem.
