Think I have gone into a Coma, been unconcious for 40 minutes! :O On topic:; how long should I wait?

Haha I love the answers. I was soaking wet so I got sick, then I found some painkillers and had no place in my pockets so I used some instead of picking them up, I felt naucea or i dont know how it spells, then I thought some pain killers would help...stupid thought.
