They are not to be found at static boats. There are dynamic boat spawns along the coast, maybe only 3 or so along the entire coast at a time. At least, this is how it was in .58 and I don't believe it has changed. You may have to run the entire coast to have a chance at finding any netting.

Persistence? Oil Barrels, Tents and Backpacks Working?

Logged on earlier and 3 cars, 3 barrels all gone. Server had its name changed too. (public server, btw.) So, server admin can just delete the persistence when they feel like it? -

Was able to log in for a while, servers are filling up. I noticed a V3S wheel in a shed, maybe trucks are back too.
