I just had four coming out of nowhere. Was in Karmanovka, nothing around (had just checked before), and suddenly there were 4 zeds running in my direction. Seems like they just spawned. That's the other example, how it shouldn't be. -

Question about persistence: If someone places a tent on one server, will it appear on all other servers of the same hive as well? This would mean that someone could simply change servers to steal your loot without a chance for the owner to defend it? Same for other items? Drop a weapon and someone on another server grabs it? Did anyone test this, yet? -

Thanks, indeed works much better than aiming with the crosshair. Still need to be lucky to hit, but it's better. Now the only thing I need to find is a flashlight... :D -

Any hints? Not sure where else to try. Can stand straight in front of them, the dot on the head (or elsewhere on the body), at no distance and still miss. Maybe need to aim away from the zombies (like they hit sometimes attacking away from you)? No ideas anymore. Seems to be more luck than skill. -

It was just north of Gvozdno. Was heading back there for water. Was actually 2 zombies at once, I had only a pitchfork and was barely able to hit them at all. First hit from them -> You are dead. Shit happens :) Btw, that apple thing works. Got 20 apples from one tree by simply hammering F. -

Went to the north west, met one of these one-hit-wonders... On the way, I found nothing but two notes and a lot of rotten stuff. Will try the apples next :) EDIT: Next try: Spawned, first thing I see: Zombie running in my direction. 3 others follow. Bleeding, ruined rags. -

Next death. Starvation. Really seems to be like someone mentioned: Stuff that's left by someone blocks the loot system. Result: I found absolutely nothing to eat. Only tons of rotten things and ruined food left by others. Not sure if it's easier to survive when you're geared up, but as a fresh spawn I currently have no idea how to survive. You either die because you find no food, or, if you find something, you die because you find no bandages or clothes to make rags of. Doesn't make much sense currently, and it is getting worse over time (due to persistent loot?). -

Seems like the loot system needs at least a bit of tuning. Found one can of tactical bacon in 2 hrs of looting -> Died of starvation. -
