So first off, i'm very sorry if this is in the wrong section, I could not find another place better suited that is still Day Z related. Ok, so to the question. I'm using the Arma II OA editor to make movies and whatnot for Day Z (a pretty common thing now) and I could not figure some of the models. Now, I know for sure that the survivor is the PMC Driver, but I did not know the others. If anyone knows and could tell me I would greatly appreciate it :) Thanks!

No to giving yourself a bloodbag. Since only a friend can give you one, it increases your chances of teamwork. The other ideas could be good. -
Sounds kinda cool.. It would just be confusing to see a zed and think it was a player. It would probably add suspense at the most.

No, because people will do that on firehouses and whatnot, and it's just like barbed wire.

This is the wrong approach sadly. Punishing/rewarding for tasks isn't what should happen.

So I'm sure most people understand that this is not Arma II, this is a mod for the game. It is not supposed to be strictly militaristic fallout. This is a zombie apocalypse, not a Special Ops Mission. Although this is so, a lot of people like me, have things that could prove helpful. Clothing, utilities, etc. These in my mind would be amazing to see, so here's a few ideas. - Lightweight, or heavyweight boots. These could help travel faster, or be armor (in the event that you are being shot in the feet). - Lightweight pants or cargo pants. Once again, travel faster or for instance, you can carry more(items that you can carry in your pants are small ones like ammunitions or sidearms). - Flak Vests and/or Bullet proof vests. These should be self explanatory. - Masks or hats/helmets. Believe it or not, I own a riot helmet and a gas mask. Not saying either should be added, but many things are possible. Ski masks or even bike helmets too. These are my only ideas, but I'm sure there are other things people can think of.

NOTE: This thread may be excruciatingly boring or may be terribly unorganized. I won't know until it is finished. [align=center]Ideas: [/align][align=left]Player to Player Interactions -Defibrillators? I honestly don't know if anyone has touched on this subject before, but a certain amount of time after death to be revived would be fantastic! Meeting up with your partner in crime is hard enough, but when you do all that work and they die? -A way to form groups/alliances. I'm not talking about forming a gang and raiding everyone, but at least a way to team up with some buds and be able to identify them too. Sure you can call out locations, but there's always a chance your friend doesn't know who you are and blows you away(defib time!) Game Additions -Missions! If anyone has ever played Red Dead Redemption, perhaps a similar mechanic to multiplayer missions? Rewards from them too(like unlocking something secret) BUT still allowing players to attack you during missions. -Character customization. I shouldn't have to say much on this one. Spawning looking just like someone else certainly isn't realistic. Custom clothing and what not. -More vehicles. For some reason vehicles are hard to find in Day Z currently. Did everyone just take their car and drive it into the water? And when you do, it needs repairing? Some cars shouldn't have to be repaired. -Tougher cars. My car shouldn't be unusable after sustaining a little damage. Cars/trucks should be able to be a little more usable. Player in the shotgun seat ONLY should be able to shoot out of a vehicle(besides helicopters). -More loot AREAS not loot itself. In buildings, items shouldn't be scattered everywhere. In real life, they would be in cabinets or on tables not littered on the floor. These are only a few things I've wanted or noticed. So far, the game is headed in the right direction. I love this game a lot.[/align]

The idea is alright, but I don't like barricades (sandbags, fence, etc.) so maybe something else?

Sickness is possible, and the only way to treat it (you can tell when your player coughs) is to find antibiotics in hospitals. They have a 22% chance of spawning (from what I remember).
