    getting wet: visual effect instead of text messages

    In my opinion, it's not about the effect beeing absolutly nessecary, but it could be helpfull. To be honest who is looking on the ground all time? I'm not ;). When the rain is causing negative effects somewhen, it's needed. And it's better to have small visual effects than the notice.

    Sounds good to me, but what about weak Computers? I guess it might be too much for older Systems.
