Yes everybody mainly spawns on the cost, think once i have spawned near a town buddy. there sint anyway you can change it as its basically random

Rify = up he road from the broken container ship statue = in the middle of rify {plain and simple really XD} water source = pass through rify, pass a gas station, go uphill for a little while and the water pump is next to small building that you can enter and there is a prayer stand i.e. like a mini church. hope this helps

So another day on dayZ another great experience. It all started off walking down the coast line minding my own business, making my way to Rify {making great time} then...out of no where i could see 4 bandits holding up a fresh spawn. 'what the hell is this' i said. moving into the tree lines for better look and possible shot i scoped them out. 'the look like they arent organized' was the first thing that sprung to mind 'this is going to be easy'. I lined up my first 'Boom' headshot, down like a sack of potatos. the other three dove for cover whilst the little fresh spawn just sat there screaming for help. 'damn it...no clean shot'. voice comms broke out for around 5 mins, i knew they wouldnt budge and we had to come to a deal. I manned up and said over comms 'here is the deal, you let the fresh spawn go and il head upto the airfeild and you can have my gear and exacute me if you feel it is needed'. They agred and let the fresh spawn go and told me to move upto the airfield where they would meet me, they also said before i left 'if you dont turn up...we will hunt you down like a dog'. Thats where they made the mistake :) i quickly got onto skype to some friends in the states {all snipers} and asked for the assistance as i needed to take these guys down. they all agreed and said for me to wait in the middle of the airfield and they will make there way to certain spots to gun them down. below is a picture {sorry im no wizz kid with graphics etc {greens = friendly red = bad guys blue =me}http://imgur.com/0rP6Lb7 so..there i was..for the first time like a sitting duck..hopeing that my friends would pull through. The bandits turned up. 'im surprised you turned up pussy boy' said there so called leader. another one shouted 'you messed with the wrong group and we want your gear, hand it over' with that my friend through skype said 'taking shots....now'. With a wave of multiple shots the bandits all fell to the ground...dead...no longer moving. A perfect ambush...they couldnt of got out alive. Anyway moral of the story...Make friends and be respectful..you never no when your going to need to call on a friend. A big thankyou to t@nkk and his crew {i know they dont go on the forums but hopefully one day they will see this} if it wasnt for him and his team i would of been screwed. ummmm i know its a silly quiston but are you laid down when deploying the bi pod, is your character exhausted from running? I can honestly say i have a little sway but nothing major to point its like a washer machine XD

Well..all i can say is good for not giving them anything to go on...think they normally have fun winding people up and mocking them..shame there are people like this on game, seems like mummy and daddy dont give them enough attention, poor little fellas XD

Everything has a reason to be in its place at the moment, if they started to add stuff in from loads of people spamming about 'how they would bikes' etc they would probably get into abit of pickle. there would be alot of cinfuseing with trying to sort everything out and thats why dean has made this roadmap for dayz so he can produce updates etc at a slow state. He said ages ago when the game was just started to be made that he dosent want to rush the game. personally i dont mind waiting as im sure this game is going to be amazeing after all the updates and has became a full game. it all boils down to waiting, playing the waiting game can be abit of an arse sometimes {excuse my french} but hey at the end of the day remember all those people who were screaming 'just release dayz standalone already' what did people expect, no bugs....maybe a finished game right of the bat? just enjoy the game and play buddy, if not, just leave it until you think its worthy of you playing buddy :)

sorry this is the final game...thats it no more updates {all lies} nope they will be added bit by bit..a great video to watch that explains all the upcoming stuff that awaits us dayz fans
