I thought you would have been a gamer yourself considering the job you do. It would make complete sense for your company to NOT eliminate hacking completely the merry go round is good for both parties. If you can not see that and if you can not understand that without hacking there would be no need for you very profitable company then i think it is you who is the gullible one. The only way i can see a business such as yours truly trying to eliminate hacking completely is if there was a bonus or a target set so if they did eliminate hacking completely they would receive x amount of money or something of greater value to the company then what they receive now. That is the only way i could see a business such as yours wanting to stop hacking completely otherwise why would you want to stop hacking, and please don't give me the reputation talk because that has been discussed to death.

You can't, even if you have their name in game it is not their steam name and dayz does not currently have a userbase that it can track so you just can not report a hacker.

I think it is you who needs to think a little, watch the video again and tell me more about how he put those items in after the video.

Have you looked at the items he has on him, they are not in game so either he is a developer or he has hacked those items in, look closely and then get back to me ??

Interacting with people and trying to take advantage of people that you feel are lesser then you are two different things. One is fine and is how the world goes around, the other is abusive and leaves people out, stigmatizing people whether in game or out of it is rude and is a cruel product of modern society.

Well said, i would change a few things here and there but you got to the meat of what the OP's real issue's are, the ones that make him research how to try and control people on a computer game.

Ballistic helmets have saved me three times now altogether and all three times i have got back up again, The best way to tell is that you will not get a message saying you are bleeding at the bottom of your screen, if you do not see a bleeding warning then you have been knocked unconscious and your helmet or assault vest have saved your life, as long as your opponent forgets the double tap rule.

It does if you know where to go, also if you play with others and lock down a certain part of a town you will realize that there are so many people who pass you by without you noticing when you are alone due to the size of the map.

Obviously if any company were allowing people to hack or moreover and closer to my point any anti hacking company's were allowing people to hack so they get repeat business then they certainly would not be announcing it to anyone, that's just a given i did not even take into account that any of these companies would publicly announce it.

Yeah team speak is free, there are tons of public servers. Only thing is you might encounter the odd soundboard funny guy every now and then but it is definitely worth it.

arma 2 was full of hackers, are you for real ??. You said hackers would ruin the reputation of a game, well arma is the perfect example of how that is NOT true, i don't know what an earth you are talking about in your post but it is a lot more simpler then that

If that were even remotely the case or true arma should have been dead years ago.

This, the way always looked at it is that if an apocalypse were to happen in real life would people be using a currency and the answer i get is fuck no. The things you have would be your currency, items and objects which you would swap for other objects and items but there would not be an actual pre-apocalypse monetary system and so it does not belong in this game.

Yes mate and that's the realization i have come to as well. Nothing else adds up, they have been doing the same thing for years now and nothing has changed in the way they deal with hackers. Every party involved makes more money if they let the ferris wheel keep spinning and the only ones who really pay are the honest gamers. Steam = New account, more money Bohemia = more money battleeye and vac = more business Plus the companies that are selling the hacks make a ton of money and i jut look at this and think from a business perspective who out of these guys would actually want to stop hacking, because if i ran a business like battleye i would not want to, ask yourselves that question, which of these companies really wants to stop hacking altogether.

I agree completely but the biggest issue for me is the name not being linked to the steam account, without it there is literally no way to report someone even if you have their in game name.
