A couple of days ago while I was playing late at night, I came across a couple bandits in Kami. While sprinting around one, I was blasted in the leg with a shotgun, and handcuffed on the ground. Since we were next to the ocean, they began pushing me, nearer and nearer. Eventually I fell into the ocean and sustained more injuries, and eventually drowned. When I became unconcious/dead, I realized that the re-spawn button in the escape menu was not available. I've tried many 'solutions' to remedy this. Changing character name/appearance, BETA settings, servers, everything. One of the most logical ones being crawling to nearby land where you can then starve to death, or what have you. But every time I spawn in, I begin vertical on the surface of the water, then begin EXTREMELY slowly sinking to the bottom. Often drowning before I reach the bottom where I then go into prone and can begin moving. I know the core issue is that "your not actually dead', but nothing seems to be working? Should I sit on the bottom of the ocean waiting to starve to death?(The inventory screen is still accessible) But I'm just not sure if they're actually depleting.
