What's the current hacking status like in DayZ:SA?

Four times i have been killed by a hacker in the past two days. It is clear to me that it is becoming an issue as it has become more and more apparent. When you are teleporting and are able to strip players of their gear, i'm going to assume that you are hacking. I have had these encounters many times in my lifetime of playing DayZ and it is very ANNOYING. Anybody else had these encounters more so lately then before? -
After i killed two people at north east, which im assuming were part of the servers clan, everyone on the server was kicked. I tryed to join another server and was unable to load character. Really stupid how when your kicked you character sits down and has to wait for it to de-spawn. Im just about done playing dayz until they fix the tiny bugs.

but, specifically when your KICKED you should have no animation.

not just that bug lmfao. and its obvious i was kicked because there was no error next to the kick messgae it just said they were kicked soooo. they kicked me and killed me while i was sitting down. and there should be no animation while kicked because admins are aware that they can abuse their powers

I get first shot on a kid, but he still has 2 seconds to react to the bullet that is in his head. This is not realistic whatsoever. This is not the first time it has happened either. No such thing as a gunfight if you both end up dying at the same time because the bullets don't register when they should -.-

i broke my legs in the ocean and whenever i die there is no re spawn button. i left and joined another server i just spawned in the ocean with broken legs and i died again with no re spawn button. any ideas on how to kill my self or reset my character?

Character resets 3 times in one night? game is becoming a waste of time. Whenever i log and join THE SAME SERVER THE NEXT DAY i am reset. What is the point. And i know that i wasnt killed because the server was empty when i joined
