There was guy yesterday in on of the steel bunkers in the nwaf tents area..the small barracks one...he was prone in the back trying to shoot people who ran in...I aimed in angle to the doorway and unloaded 4 60round mags of my m4 and heard a few "hits" u saw blood coming through the wall and finished him off with my pistol...lel

I logged out on top of green mountain tower full military gear and modded out mosin. Logged back in falling to my death. Wtf lol

People will jsut find other peopels stashes using cheat engines and then all the hackers will have the best gears.

There was a guy on my server who kept getting kicked for hacks by battle eye. I could read him getting kicked over 15 times for "hacks #38" So apparently people are hacking and just getting away with it because battle eye seems to not care at all. The same person, same name ZombieLand something logged back on over and over. I then found him. The only other person on the small server I was in. I was in electro trying to find better melee weapon than a wrench when I ran into him standing in middle of intersection by the police station. I said hi with my gun drawn. He just stood there. He replied,"hey just gathering some things. I ran into the police station after saying bye and went upstairs and saw a Mosin. Started running towards it. and ...it vanished. Just gone. In fact there was nothing in the entire police station anymore including the assault vest i walked past. I went back outside and he was standing there this time with a zombie attacking him... He didnt seem to die. I shot at him this time thinking cool Im going to kill a hacker. But he just stood there. Then he disappeared. About 10 mins later I saw him get kicked again for the same reason "Hacks #38" sure enough though...he was back a few mins later. This is depressing. I feel battle eye should be a little more harsh. Ghosting: Later that day I was being shot at from someone on a hill. I ducked for cover and returned fire with my mosin/PU scope. I hit him in the legs saw him go down behind a tree. He fixed himself up and tried to run to another location, He took 2 in the back and I saw him bleeding bad. He made it behind a rock and i didn't see him for awhile. I carfully panned the area and waited, in my nice safe spot. A min or 2 goes by and I turn around just in time to see same guy with a red bandana/paydaymask and mosin with scope appearing behind me... I KO'd him and took his weapons and pants and all his food. When He regained consciousness i called him out on it and he just laughed and said he was a different person. 3 people on server....... red bandana/payday mask and same gun.... Is there future plans to curb this behavior?

We all had a blast! scavenging, meeting some other players was intense we got by luckily. Had one friend die from rotten fruit lol... after a day they got the hang of the game while no lifing it over last weekend. Then they get KoS'd.... which was fine and i told them it happens time to time.... another day scavenging goes by. Go to help a guy with a broken leg...and a guy comes around the korner and shoots all of us without saying anything. Another day goes by..... we all get fed and watered ad find a some descent survival gear, a pistol a shotgun a pitchfork.... We meet two guys in full Server Hop attire. They kill all of us for no apparent reason. My friends quit and made fun of how the game was a huge waste of time. I am still playing, I love the game it is a lot of fun. But the community seems to be shit. I am still fairly new myself but damn... really if its going to turn away gamers like that who do pretty much nothing but game on their spare time there has to be some kind of incentive to not KoS people. I understand it. I feel it is a valuable part of the game. But 9/10 encounters you get KoS? That's a bit rough and stupid tbh. What a huge waste of time for any legit player who isnt server hopping to die every time he meets another person. It sucks, because I really wanted my friends to play with. But they said "never again" Is there any plans in putting some sort of incentive in the game that would deter people from shooting every person they see for no reason? Ah well, I roam alone again.

It's all good though, just changed up my playstyle a bit. Now rather than try to co-op and find someone to play with I have killed about 40 people from 500m away with my mosin outside NW air base. I guess this is "PVP" Lol No point in playing friendly. If you cant join em, kill em. This is what they want right?

It really probably wouldnt be so bad if you didnt have to spend 1-2 hrs finding each other on respawn.

Just found a person who was acting strange spinning in a circles and moving oddly and would not respond to me at all. she stopp and readyied her fists. Judging by the strange nature and no response I shot her 4 times with the magnum and she didnt die and knocked me out in 2 punches... luckily my friend killed her off but seriously wtf.... Im wearing ballistic helmet and she had nothing on but a shirt. Is this normal?

SOrry if this is a dumb question but, I have never seen it dark in the game... logged over 50 hrs so far and am still fairly new. Does it not get dark in SA? I just drop my flashlight on the ground because it seems useless.

I have a few noob questions. Can I repair weapon mods like a ruined Optics? What does having a fractured arm do to me? Can I die? I cant find a stick anywhere to make a splint lol Does a mask/gas mask provide extra armour?

I had literally nothing but a childs pack and a pitchfork looking for some supplies I had JUST picked up a Magnum and put the only 6 rounds I had into it when I was trying out my first gun Pointing it around the room You appeared directly behind my friend and startled me.... I unloaded everything..you died and now I have the best gear you can find, fully modded m4 fully modded mosin tons of ammo, body armour etc... Lel Im guessing by the mask the guy was a bandit using server hop exploit judging by all his l337 gear. The server hopping really needs to stop. I mean, my gear is ridiculous now. Just thought it would be a fun share lol, going to go play hero for people on hardcore getting killed by cheaters like him now.

I am still jsut a noob but it seems ammunition for the mosin is pretty scarce..... 300 rounds.... logged in to bunker... half his gear was ruined? its simple logic TheMeow... even from a noob. Plus I had enough time to see him pull out his m4 and was loading it before i fired.... it is a clear assumption he was going to kill both of us and a solid no brainer he was hopping. It seems you are the only preson in this thread who feels the kill was unjustified.

Dude, he literally spawned in front of my eyes. was loading his gun in front of me right behind my friend. it is BLATENTLY obvious that he is server hopping seen by the area he is logging in to and he had over 300 rounds for mosin. Give me a break, this guy was cheating and we all know it.

I just april foolsed a guy in Orlovets Told him to go prone we were being shot at and handcuffed him. I hid the keys in the factory near by. I chased off all the KoS baddies while he looked around for it lol

I love the game, it has amazing potential, I was playing for hours today while running from server hopping noob killers (seriously are those guys that low irl?) hobbling around with broken arm because a female zombie bitch slapped me (Never seen someone get their arm broken from being slapped before weird)...anyways, with all of that said and done...... the most retarded thing in this entire game.... is the fact that you can fall 5-10 ft and break your leg or even die..... I mean..... I can get a ladder irl ...climb onto my 2 story roof... and jump off... and MORE THAN LIKELY would not break anything. It's just a bad, bad mechanic. If you manage to survive a fall.. you cant re-spawn until you die which is also ridiculous. Does Dayz take place on a different planet that has twice earths gravitational pull? That and the rarity of supplies to create a splint is so low. aaannnnyhooww..... This really isn't a QQ thread It's just a new player pointing out things everyone already knows. When i get chased by zombies I just run into any house nearby and they glitch out half way under the floor and they are easy kills, I can hit them, they cant hit me. 3. Tooltips would be great, Couldn't figure out how to talk in my first human encounter and got shot (prob because i was hopping around and leaning left and right spazzing out.. I looked pretty unstable and prob deserved it in my killers eyes. 4. If your vision gets all white/black from being sick and you cure yourself it seems to be stuck that way....forever until you die. 5. If you have a broken leg and try to drown yourself, You dont actually die. ??????????????? (spent 2 hrs crawling back to town thankfully a zomb found me while i was smoking a cig with a quarter stuck between my keys auto ru...crawling. 6. Some residential areas seem to have plenty of random things to find and food where some have nothing. I have encountered entire suburbs with nothing in them with no one else around. (this may be server oriented if it is my bad i am still new)3 7. If someone punched you or slapped oyu a few times would you really bleed to death?

Assuming the average Dayz survivor is in fact a survivor aka a cut above the rest....general assumption and logic would point out their physical prowess. An accidental fall from a ladder or something could result in serious injury due to it being unexpected.. But when us humans do it on purpose our attention is focused on what we are doing. And we are capable of anything.

So basically you are saying all the players in DayZ world are out of shape fatties who gained no endurance/stamina/strength from all their hardship fighting for survival and cant jump from as high as these average joes in the video right? I pretty much have to pretend im Mr. Glass from Unbreakable trying to survive the zombie apocolypse and avoid stairs like Claptrap from Borderlands.

This is awesome....... because.... well for one... PS4 shits on xbox1, but the game will get so much hype on playstation. Grats to the devs
