    Item spawn time?

    After picking everything up and moving it, will loot spawn if you are sitting within a certain radius of the spawn locations, or does it require a proximity before it will spawn? Also while on the subject of loot spawning, will a crashed heli respawn loot, or are they a once off until the heli crash site itself disappears and respawns elsewhere on the map? When do heli crash sites spawn/despawn (server restarts I'd imagine)?
