I had a similar idea. You could find some sort of camouflaged blanket that you have to craft and you crawl under and doesn't make you improbable to see but not as easy. The only disadvantage I would like to add to this is you can't move around with the blanket over your head or it will fall off and go straight back into your backpack. Let me know what you think of this idea. It's more realistic than a bush automatically spawning right in front of you.

For gods sake they are working on vehicles. You need to give them time. Quit rushing them and be patient. Ugh.

I am sorry but this is the worst suggestion I have seen so far and I've seen a post where someone wanted every weapon in the game to be shotguns.

Hey guys! I can never seem to be that happy with the settings in DayZ Standalone.. The settings are either too high and laggy or really high FPS but ugly low settings. I am looking for some settings layout that allows it to still be quite beautiful but still gives me a fair amount of frame works. FYI: I have an AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series Hope that gives you a fair look of how well my computer runs.

Yeah I liked the flies. Though in real life I don't think every dead corpse would have flies around it so maybe they could give it like a 70% chance that there will be flies around it.

They are currently working on transportation such as bikes, vehicles, etc.. We can't rush them.

There is only one 2 letter word that I can think of to what you just said.. No. Just because you have your own way of playing which apparently is social interaction and truces, doesn't mean everyone else has to play like that. It makes me puzzled knowing someone like you would even attempt to add a post to remove sniper rifles. It is an element that makes up the game and has been around since the beginning of the mod. I don't play like you and neither does 2/3 of the DayZ population. DayZ wouldn't be the same without sniper rifles, enough said. If you can't accept the game for what it shows, go to Steam and uninstall. :/

What? I'm referring to the mod and the standalone for being so far in the mod, all you can do is travel by sea, air, and ground so in the standalone why can't we change that and add something new like underground travelling?

A subway would be a great place to add some really cool gear. Once building like in DayZ Epoch gets add into the standalone, it would make a cool hideout for your friends! In the mod, some people avoided traveling on the surface because of combat situations so they would fly helicopters and planes across the map but now you could also travel underground. If not a subway, I would still like the developers to add maybe some abandon mine-shafts maybe, or sewers. I would just like to add a third option to ground and air travel. Alright, now I'm adding something else to what I implied earlier. The developers are now adding a new city that is just about as large as Cherno in the northern part of the map. Maybe, they can add a subway that links Cherno, Elektro, and that new city together. Maybe they could even go a little more loose and add Berezino to the link.

Fishing sounds like a great idea especially listening to the developers saying hunting will be a key factor to the game!

Okay.. So.. If there was auto-run you would eventually run straight into a building or tree or something, plus you will easily get killed leaving DayZ unattended. DayZ is all about strategy and patience and if you cant apply those fundamentals to the game I would suggest uninstalling.

This is a question because I have not played DayZ for about 4 months. Is there a way to go back to a previous version before everything changed? I don't like the health bar, inventory, etc.. Please don't disgrace me for it its just me but is there a way to go back to the very last update before DayZ changed and if there is are there still people playing on that version?

It looks really neat and simple to use! Though it will be hard for people to get used to, like me. Maybe if the developers do add this in the game you can choose to keep either the old one or the new one? I really do not know but I definitely know I'm sticking to the old one.
