Ha, there's no console of use in DayZ that I know of. Admins nor server techs can teleport, give items and or kill players remotely. Characters are all run via HIVE including vehicles and tents. Hackers that run scripts can teleport you and themselves spawn and or create ammo boxes with high end items in them that are in DayZ or not in DayZ aswell as godmode and many others. Hope I extended upon aboves answer.

Well I just came up with a rough idea of what I reckon the hud should be. Example the colour fading from green to red, that isn't always so easy to read especially for temperature. So I came up with the idea of it becoming a fill. That fill may go down or simply fade out not transit from colours, this would give a more accurate reading. This is a pretty basic suggestion but I reckon it's needed.

A good idea yet it requires more thought. If you give admins the option to add or remove sniper rifles all together as certain ones the HIVE will have to adapt aswell as hard earned gear not working on that said server. Snipers add to the experience of DayZ and extend upon it greatly in my opinion. At the moment I'm my squad PDM or permanently designated marksman, I do scouting runs, overwatch and most importantly take out targets at a distance slow or fast. I'd like to see this extended upon, I'd rather have more variations of sniper rifles to chose from even ones that are in ACE. Sniper rifles have saved me on many occasions when I'm going Helicopter Crash Site hunting, I spot a player near my crash site and I pick them off. Another scenario is when I get into a solo fire fight e.g. 1v4 that range increases my chance of survival along with my ghillie suit. I may hide under a tree with my SVD and pop each of them at range for attempting to take me out for my high end loot. This is kind of my opposition for why I'd not like this feature added, but I'd like to see it extended upon.

A little more tuned down. Players in DayZ most of the time will get confused on this but in my perspective I'd love this!!

That's me, I also have a SVD. So true, it's more the first one in my situations. First tip to making a sniper come out of his hole is if you heard a whiz or a snap (Snap being SUPER CLOSE Whiz for being close ) you shouldn't go prone EVER you'll just die the sniper already knows where you are. What you do is shoot where you think his position is and he'll get scared and move thinking he's gunna get shot if you shoot in the right place. If you have a squad and you're moving in a vehicle and one guy gets hit I usually hop out and shoot as much as I can in the spot I think he is in and he'll most definetly move thinking the whole squad knows his location. (I may make a DayZ Guide for countering snipers mmmm.)

Stupid geared players run past me and they lose the back of their skull for such stupidity... Love ghillie suits! ADD MORE VARATIONS! (There may be more DayZ Maps in ArmA 3 that are 300km2+!!! just my thought) I love my SVD Camo too. Snipers make the game fun, keeps you on your toes and alert and as a sniper you kill a geared player you get the jig and it FEELS SOOOO EFFING GOOD!!

Rocket has stated before that the game is ment to spark emotions but if they're that strong they're weird. By pussies I thought you ment the Alt+F4ers. (I hope this post doesn't kill this thread...)

I do too, but this is out of hand. I don't want to take it into my own hands but it's pissing me off now. Half my servers player base Alt+F4's and after I warn them in global after my squad tells me that they were in a firefight and shows me a video of it. They never come back.

Fix Methods You need to right click the game, properties, local files, verify game cache integrity. Then after that has done launch the game OA not combined ops, OA! Then close it, then go to your game directory = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\BattlEye then uninstall BE and then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\BEsetup and run the installer in there and it should work. Delete all remains of the Battleye folder after uninstallation. PM me for futher help, I've had this problem my self and managed to fix it. You may also have to manually update battleye if that method doesn't work, simply download this http://www.battleye....61/BEClient.dll and put that into your battleye directory in OA. Make sure to backup the original dll.

I own a US server and I'm in Australia. I have no connection issues, and lag. Some red de-sync.

Read Whole Post If you don't want the server admins to keep the server clean go fuck your selves, we all try to keep it a clean and fun experience without dickheads. If people combat log on me and they mostly do ALOT I'm most of the time recording my raids so I just ban them. I've not gotten into many firefights but if they do combat log they're gone and told to find another server and if they do not comply bye bye for them. First a warning, second time kick next time ban that's the way the system should work.

Side chat is globally disabled. Private servers have it I think.

Try searching for the Admins contact info, see if they're registered if you know who they are. Search for US 165 Admin.

They should make it that there's flies sounds that are around recent waste. They'd probably add sounds for this which may be off putting and this has already been put up as a suggestion in MUCH DETAIL! Search it....

Teleportation script or wrong version. There's no known exploit for teleportation as I know. Provide solid proof for a ban.
