Hello, I love the Mosin. Especially if there's a Long Range Scope on it. A few weeks ago, me and my friend where on our way to the airfield. We spotted a clan there so we started observation. I got a pretty good spot in a bush. But the problem was, even If I could go further in it in real life, in DayZ the leafes are breaking my clear sight through the scope. The beginning of the scope was in the bush (in RL it would be possible to move the leafes away to have a clear sight) and the end of it was clear so it would theoratically be possible to look through without problems. But in DayZ the camera is at the beginning of the scope so I can't see through it. To visualise that a little bit (Can't post photos here O_o) : My position: https://imageshack.com/i/nf9xggj My view: https://imageshack.com/i/n68rhkp I hope you got my point of view! :) What do you think about this? You got my beans for the rag idea... but why don't you just shoot them in the leg? ^^ Greetz, GCG :)

For underrail attachments it sounds like a good idea!

Nah, would be a bit op. You can just be on a ladder an kill all zombies around... they can't do anything against it. Greetz, GCG :)

Sounds good to me! Greetz, GCG :)

Dead player's bodies can get back up as zeds

Sounds like a good idea, but only if you are killed by an zombie. It wouldn't make sense if you become a Zed if you aren't even bitten. Greetz, GCG :) -

I thought that maybe some russian soldiers found them in WWII. Dunno if the americans used M1's in Berlin, but maybe they found a few dead soldiers and took there guns home ^^ Greetz, GCG :) -
Sadly, many survivors don't care if you are friendly ^^

You know that moment? You just got shot unconcious and your almost murder is in front of you, looking in your direction. But than you become concious again! Sadly, your character stands up and you get a few more bullets in your body. I hate those situations... It would be much better if you can be some kind of sneaky. You open your eyes, moving your head a little bit to see your enemy. You slowly grab your gun, aim ... and shoot. -------------------------- Just that you don't stand up automaticly ^^ What do you think of this? Edit: It would be op... just spend one more bullet :P Greetz, GCG :)

More Military Clothes to Replace the "Full TTsKO Look"

Why not adding more kinds of spray cans (blue, red, orange, brown etc.) and make the player able to mix those? That would be easy to do and you can specialize your camo. If your are often in towns you can take an grey/black camo. If you prefer nature you can choose some brown/green or red/green. Greetz, GCG :) -

What about an old WWII M1 Garand? Would like to see it In-Game :) The M1 Garand is a semi-automatic rifle chambered for the .30-06 Springfield riflecartridge. It was the first standard-issue semi-automatic rifle. Called "the greatest battle implement ever devised" by General George S. Patton, the Garand officially replaced the bolt-action M1903 Springfield as the standard service rifle of the United States Armed Forces in 1936 (although the switch-over was not instantaneous) and was subsequently replaced by the selective fire M14, starting in 1957. During World War II, the M1 gave U.S. forces a distinct advantage in firefights against their Axis enemies, as their standard-issue rifles were slower-firing bolt-action rifles. The M1 continued to be used in large numbers until 1963 and to a lesser degree until 1976. Like its predecessor, the M1 originated from the Springfield Armory. - Wikipedia Greetz, GCG :)
