Thought that's what you meant ;) The only issue I've got with them is the clipping through walls, but that's something for the final game and I'm happy to live with it until then. -

Yup, as I say it's definitely a last resort option. There's plenty of water sources around at the moment so you can just fill there, but it's a good idea to have added this in too. -

Oh and while I'm here, has anyone else tried to fill their canteen when it's raining yet? Was doing this over the weekend and it's 1% at a time, so definitely a last resort! -

DayZ Alpha Yeah, alpha. That means work in progress. Not beta, or preview trial which will both be *closer* to a completed game. For an alpha this is one hell of a good game. The devs are listening to the community, they know they can't implement every single thing otherwise we'd end up with a completely confused game. The patches and updates are coming frequently, the fixes for game breaking issues (the lag/desync) are quick to be implemented. I'm not going to say 'stop whining' as everyone is entitled to their own point of view, what I will suggest is that if you have something negative to say try to do so in a constructive manner. -

Not yet. They've added the *files* for the meats in to the servers but they don't spawn anywhere yet. Just prep work for future patches I believe. -

Really like the new stuff that's been added, and our server has never been busier than last night. Didn't seem to get the same problems that others are seeing with being unable to connect to servers and we even managed to make it to the new town and have a look around. The only annoyance was the 'you are getting wet' and then 'you are no longer getting wet' messages appearing every 2 or 3 seconds when running through woodland. It meant we completely missed any other messages on the left hand side because these covered them up. Keep up the good work.
