Dayz.st!!!! YOU ARE THE WORST HOST I HAVE EVER HAD! Mr.Ersan here, who i have posted how him and allan in customer support have treated us right here ----> http://opendayz.net/index.php?threads/dayz-st-server-database-hacked.8570/ does not care at all about his customers. Our server DB was hacked and wiped 3 times in the last 10 hours and nothing has been done about it. I was ridiculed for not automatically KNOWING that i needed to put CellKill in the email i sent, NO MATTER WHAT all i got was a condescending response even when they said to email ASKING them to lock DB (being in irc chat with them wasnt enough HAD to email them) he didnt inform me correctly of WHOS ip had to be set in the DB to stop it from getting hacked so i provided mine and our other admins IP's only to get a response in IRC of "LOL You just dont understand anything chronic im tired of explaining" and "i meant OUR ip" and then the public realease of my confidential IP that was sent to them through EMAIL ONLY in irc chat all of which again is in the link i have provided. VERY unproffesional VERY ignorant and VERY condescending; that is a perfect description of dayz.st all lumped up into 3 words UNPROFFESIONAL IGNORANT CONDESCENDING! At the end of it all instead of a customer support guy saying "im sorry for your problems dear customer we are working on it" i got a description of HOW to exactly cancel my sub wit them and get a refund WOW what sort of company is this?! Ersan you deserve to go bankrupt and probably will with your attitude, as i can see here you have acted as childish as you did with me on here all over the web and towards Vilayer. You are very unproffesional and VERY horrible at your job. And even in the end they have not refunded me as they said they would let alone my server that they have not cancelled is still busted anyways LMAO what ever happened to the customer always being treated respectfully?! Whatever happened to proffesionalism in the work place?! WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE THAT COULD WORK IN THIS FIELD WITHOUT BEING POMPUSS ARROGANT FAT NERDS?!

WORST HOST EVER! Every time he replied it was " ITS WORKING FOR ME " comment and " HAVE YOU UPDATED TO LATEST VERSION " funny part is this guy never even has his servers up to date i wait months for latest beta patch for dayz. Hes a JERK to talk to condescending u at every corner he can. Waited for 3 months to even get anti cheat support which NEVER came let alone been waiting 3 months for support of other maps ( Lingor Takistan Utes and Fallujah now) still havent gotten a single one. He doesnt even know how to write a bans file correctly he jumbles every guid up into one sentence with no spaces. I didnt even get battleye updates until i told him where to get the community ban list and scripts.txt remoteexec.txt and createvehicle.txt guy doesnt back anything up when updating our server he cant even change the motd hahahaha wow DONT GO THROUGH HOST ALTITUDE!!!!!!

same here! awesome servers they need to hire more techs for sure. and likewise they were one of few when i got my server.

Yah we have that option to wait but its not really helpful when we dont even get an option to update to it lol

I will agree with you good service (pings and load times are great) but the service and response time isnt even close to up to par. I have to complain about this after all if we dont they'll never know its a problem. My guess is they got a worker slackin off giving them bad rep for all we know this could be just a hiccup.

I have to say hostaltitude i do not recommend to ANYONE we are a week behind every other host for dayz let alone 80% of providers did the hive update with it. Whats going on here hostaltitude i wait for a reply through my control panel and i get quicker replys through damage control on the forums HAH what a coincidence. Get it FIXED and actually give some feedback to your customers here other than doing damage control. Get ANTIHAX going NOOB providers !!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!

Kayone, after lots of searching for your name i have found the reason you were banned (it was hard to find). You are not connected to battleye at any point in the game and nor did you come in on our logs for people spawning in. Im sorry but i can not lift your ban based on the fact that this is how every script that they get away with is run. US 65 is a zero tolerance server. Please give us your ingame name that you used when banned. We ban based on logs and our only way to find you and double check your ban is with either your ingame name you used that day or through GUID. And for the record if you killed us there woulda been no way for us to know who the other 2 people (the ones who didnt run the scripts) were, PERIOD. 2 of you were in log and the other 2 were the ones we killed that equals all 4 people in the escalade who we KNEW to ban. thank you and goodnight next time you want to make up a lie get your story straight.
