    I kinda agree with you. I spent a lot of time getting loot, A LOT of time (my character was alive for 19 days). After some time i got bored, and what people do in DayZ when they get bored? They hunt other players. And that's what i did. I went successful for a while but then i got killed. And what do we do? We do everything again. I'm not saying we need quests or anything like that, but something different to do would be nice, not just the regular loot, die, repeat.

    From what i know it's because of that status called "Shock" (if you disconnect with this status you'll be unconscious the next time you log in). Just try to wait at least 5 minutes after you wake up again so the status can disappear. Unless that's not the problem, then i really don't know.

    This would be an amazing feature. The ability to use the bipod while proned, and also to use it in horizontal surfaces like cars, walls, etc (the so called "weapon resting" feature).

    If you use snipers in this game you know you don't have to worry about wind and heat. You just need to adjust the zeroing (either by setting a waypoint in the map or by using the range finder) to get a perfect shot. Of course sometimes the target is moving, you can either lead the shot or wait for him to stand still, but wind? Heat? No, that doesn't affect the shots at all, just try it in a mission like "The Shooting Range" and you'll see.

    If you're having difficulties to find cans of soda then trust me, you don't want a canteen. Lakes and water pumps are not that easy to find like soda cans, if you don't know where to look. Until you have a better feel of the map and the best locations to loot, just stick with the cans for some time! Otherwise you'll lose a lot of time just looking at places to refill your canteen and you won't even play. Have a loot at this http://dayzdb.com/map for example, so you can decide which place to start looking. Cheers.

    Rocket seems to be a smart man just chill dude, i'm sure he'll figure something out. Trust me, you don't want to lose your connection by accident and then realize you're entire progress is gone, because of a feature that YOU suggested. Let's just wait and see what happens.

    I guess you just ran out of luck. Never happened to me with that amount of blood. From what i heard you need to be below 9k to fall unconscious from a zombie hit, but i can't confirm that.

    Just so you can make a comparison: - GTX 580 - 2x4Gb 1600MHz - I7 @ 4.5 GHz Running on Very High settings at 1080p, benchmark results: 75 FPS.

    That depends on the resolution/video configuration you're using, i guess. I'm running the game in 1080p and i'm also using anti-aliasing, so that depends on your configuration!

    There is a moon in the game, you can try the EDITOR on Arma 2 too see more about the weather conditions in the game. Sometimes the weather itself gets in the way and makes it harder for you to see the moon, so the night will be much darker than the usual. But then sometimes it's really bright, when you can actually see the moon in the sky.

    That's something i always wanted to know either. - At what distance i can hear it? - Does this status reset after we die? - How does it really work? If anyone has a link explaining about this feature please let us know.

    What do you mean by "worth it" or not? If you like the weapon, then it's perfect, if you can't use it just pass it. You will probably not be able to trade it with some random stranger, so there's no reason to compare weapons and their rarity.

    Play ARMA 2 Boot Camp (training mode) to learn the basic commands and watch some guides on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/dayzguidez). Do this and make things a lot easier for you, sir. In my planet this is a computer game, and i'm playing it. Cut the crap with those useless comments. This game is not exclusive for the *hipster* community. We need all types of player, otherwise the game will just die. Just think, please.

    I don't know about trading, but it's an excellent sniper, i would keep it (you'll probably get shot trying to trade it). Like Bulletproof said, you can convert DMR magazines into M24 ammo, which is pretty amazing. But anyway, i don't know about it's value if you want to trade it, but i guess it's worth anything, since if someone really needs a M24 he'll probably give you anything you need. Good luck.
