  1. Please tell me you guys will be able to ship those t-shirts to places outside the U.S. territory (I'm from Brazil).
  2. I think it's almost perfect, but i think some points are still important to be reviewed in future patches: - Zombies should be slower - Zombies should go in straight lines, without zig-zagging - Zombies shouldn't be able to see that far (i believe this was changed in this patch) - Zombies still hitting through walls and walking through walls
  3. What's with the "carebear" thing in all of your posts? This attitude doesn't make you look cooler, dude. People have their own opinions, just because you don't agree with them it doesn't mean you're right. But anyway, back on topic, i hope we can all play with the new update soon enough!
  4. I was getting "BattlEye initialization failed" error, but i managed to fix it by creating a "BattlEye" folder in both ARMA 2 and ARMA 2:OA folders including inside the folders the latest BattlEye.dll downloaded from http://www.battleye.com (I don't remember where i learned this fix, but i swear it worked at least for me) D:\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2\BattlEye D:\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\BattlEye > Just an example of how it looks on my computer The latest BETA PATCH from ARMA 2 also fixed the "Retrying to authenticate" error that was happening very often.
  5. I think removing the starting makarov would be cool if there was some kind of melee attack or melee weapons, like knives or anything like that. One thing that would be really cool is if we could use items that are inside the bag, without the need to get them out of the bag into the inventory to use it (also, a more intuitive way to see/transfer the items inside the bag when you press "G"/"Open bag")
  6. You can find the map in the game, it's a regular item that can you store in your backpack. If you don't have it, when you press 'M' the screen will stay black, like you said. If you are having trouble finding the map, you can search for one on GOOGLE, for example, and try to find your own location. Keep track for signs when you enter a town, in those signs you can find the town's name and some directions for different locations.
  7. I think the best idea is to have the "humanity" status back, and the less "humanity" you have, the longer will take to respawn in case you die or get killed. This alone will improve cooperation and make people think twice before killing someone else just because "it's cool". (This isn't my idea, i saw it in some other posts)
  8. Dude there are so much more things that need to be fixed or improved, but this? Please... Sorry if i'm being rude, but changing how the map looks it's pointless in my opinion.
  9. I couldn't agree more, that's a very cool idea. I could only imagine playing DayZ with that mechanism implemented. I swear, i would play without my pants all day. COOL. PS: underscore, you should make a post about this in the suggestions section.
  10. It's all a matter of opinion. IF the game keeps going in this direction, i'll probably quit someday too. Like i said, it's my personal preference, i started playing because i wanted to kill zombies, gather weapons, ammo and supplies, and meet with other people that are doing the same thing. All i see now is people shooting each other, hiding in bushes or inside buildings, they kill you and they don't even loot your body, killing for nothing. People who say "this is not the game for you", "stop crying" and stuff like that should at least respect the opinion of someone who thinks that way. When it happens to you, you know how you feel. I just hope that when the mod is 100% finished, that the game will have a solid purpose, that it doesn't turn in to a new counter-strike with a 255km² map. The fun factor is important, after all we are here to play a game and have some fun in the end of the day, i just hope it gets more balanced or something like that!
  11. It's funny how people that actually do stuff like this defend the idea no matter what, making up all kind of good reasons to do so. Assuming there was a point in the map where i could fly into the sky and store my gear in heaven, is that also ok? Just because it's there? I think it's fair to make it easier to hide the tent INSIDE the map, regarding the terrain, i mean, but hiding stuff outside the borders is of course wrong. There is a map for a reason, and those areas are not included for a reason, that's what i think at least.
  12. One of the things that i really want is some way to lose zombies, it's really a huge pain to run with them behind you for miles until you find a house or a hill, we really need this!
